God’s Chosen one
Walked in to place an order, stood there looking at the menu and then approached the counter to place my order. Two of the workers, one being a manager I’m assuming because of her shirt, stood there like they didn’t see me standing at the counter. After a few minutes of standing there and watching them whisper to each other and cut their eye at me, one of the girls asked if I was ready to place my order, and I said yes. I wanted fresh chicken because the employees was standing over the cooked chicken laughing talking, spitting, and no hair nets. I was told it would be 30 minutes for fresh chicken, I said ok. Chicken was ready in a little over 20 minutes. Biscuits was hard. Employees here is rude and management is not any better. Not very pleased with the visit. Went back the next day because I thought it was maybe me, but it was the same way. Nasty attitudes and rude!

Went through drive through, and they were very nice. Hubby got 2 piece chicken. Wasn’t told about upcharge for both white. I ordered tenders with fries and coleslaw. Um… hubby’s slaw came in a container with lid, and mine did not…

The food was really good, however the cashier was very rude. My friend ordered first, he wanted a combo meal and she rang him up for just a sandwich and got rude when he told her he wanted a meal. I stepped in and told her to ring him up a combo. As he is a very shy person. Next my other friend and I ordered and she was all smiles with us. However, they do not have the soft deink machine where customers can get refills. When I asked for my refill she gave me a dirty look. Then did the same when one of my friends asked for a refill. I told her that it is her job to care for customers, no need to give dirty looks when asked to do her job. Definitely will not be going back to the Jack’s in Cochran. All of my friends that have been to that particular Jack’s has said the staff was rude towards them.

Great customer service! We had lunch there today. The fries were hot, the burger was good and the bun wasn’t smashed like so many fast service restaurants, although a warm bun would have been nice.

THE BEST FOOD IN ANY FAST FRANCHISE: Where did this place come from? I decided to try it on a whim, and was greatly impressed. The quality of the food exceeds that of almost any fast food chain which I’ve ever eaten. In addition to having burgers, breakfast and chicken sandwiches, they also actually serve really good fried chicken. I had the hand breaded chicken sandwich and the french fries and it was extraordinary. The chicken tasted like it had just been delivered from the market. I highly recommend that you stop at any Jack’s when you’re in South Georgia!
I actually spoke to the manager who was on a conference call and she was delightful. It’s always a pleasure to eat at a place where the food is not only good, but the people that work there are friendly and kind.

Probably the worse Jack’s I have been too as far as service. I mean the food is made fine and tastes on par with every other Jack’s. The trick is if they have what you order. Or if they have it and you pay extra for white meat fried chicken. You can wait until they actually cook it or they will give you a thigh instead of the breast you paid extra for. And I don’t think I have gone through the drive through without being asked to pull up and wait, even when I am the only person in the line. Literally I have never been when everything was available, ready to go in a normal amount of time and the order correct. Something is always wrong. While I have been sitting here eating 4 people have come in from the drive through because something was not right with their order and it is not busy in the slightest. I will add, the people working are typically friendly so thats a plus.

Dead fly in the icecream in the ice cream cabinet. interior glass filthy very gross dont trust the milkshake at jacks. I told the manager about the dead fly she took the tub of icecream in the back then brought back the icecream tub only thing changed was the fly was gone..

I ordered the #6 crispy chicken, I asked for only lettuce, mayo, & American cheese, I can show a picture my sandwich was a regular deluxe,I do not eat tomatoes or pickles, this is not what I asked for & the fries tasted like they was made the day before, I would not recommend this too any one.I will not eat at this jacks again. I had got home and didn’t want to leave back out. I would not come here again & I will make sure to tell others about this because this is my second time coming & my order wasn’t correct, I tried giving jacks a second chance & it is horrible.

Time after time this place gets the order wrong. They left my large side out of my to-go order, so I called up there and the lady said it was a mistake and it was sitting right here to come on back. I get there and the drive thru window girl gave me a ridiculous hard time about my receipt after I just spoke to someone. She didn’t care, she made it difficult after THEIR screw up… I swear to stop going but my kids like the dang chicken.
