Went through the drive-thru on a Friday. Service was great! First time ever going to a Jack’s. Burgers were very good, and the toppings tasted very fresh. No complaints!

Food was good. When I actually got it. Messed up my order 3 times. Didn’t get my sandwich, then I got the sandwich but no fries, then I asked for my LARGE fry and it came to me, SEALED in the bag and there were not even 7 fries in there. I called saying my husband had ordered, she knew his name and said it was being looked into through DoorDash and IT, and the lady answering immediately got an attitude, didn’t even let me finish saying what I was saying and she said “oh yes I filled that bag myself and gave it to the doordasher” and I was just confused because I guess a ghost stole my fries. Then she said “if yall could just not order anymore DoorDash again here that would be great”. Was super rude. Clearly lying because there were no fries in there and it was sealed so someone obviously got petty and mad and gave me a short amount. Because she obviously was upset because we had to keep ordering because DoorDash and them kept messing it up but somehow that makes us deserving of an attitude when it’s not in our control at all. Because that makes total sense.

From the moment I walked in the door my experience at this location was GREAT! I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile (Tammy)! My order was taken and suggestions were offered. My food came out quickly and hot. I dined in, my booth, table and bench were clean. The atmosphere in the store was pleasant. This was the best experience I’ve had in a fast food restaurant in a long time.

The staff at Jacks in Fort Oglethorpe is absolutely wonderful! I always call ahead asking for a meal for my 96-year-old mom who thinks Jacks is the absolute best in the world! Today TAMMY answered and she was so kind and friendly and had everything waiting on me when I got here! Fresh and ready to go! My mom will be so excited!

We love the food here, always fresh and delicious, but it should not take 18 minutes to get fast food. Made me pull up and wait for chicken, was waiting 13 mins when they brought out someone’s food that was in line behind me and told me they were waiting on fries. Took 5 more minutes for them to bring out the fries and they weren’t even hot.

Had to order 3 times in hopes they got my order right. First of all I ordered the fake wanna be McRib for my wife just for it not to come in and be told it wasnt even on the receipt on their end. So I order it again to see if it comes in they give me the sandwich but not the combo I ordered. again says its not on the receipt. I got the sandwich so not a huge problem but my wife wants fries so I order a large fry I kid you not 6 fries in the LARGE fry container. My wife calls jacks because the bag is sealed and the lady answers with an attitude and tells us not to order from doordash again. Absolutely awful service and would not recommend to anyone if I could give zero stars I would.
