We dined in this establishment wasn’t that clean the tables were dirty had to wipe off my table before I used it but the staff was really nice and professional and enjoyed our meal. It was fresh and hot not so handicap friendly

Really disappointed in the food. The fries are always over salted and the portion of fries is incredibly small. I asked why so little and was told that how it is. Also, asked for my shake to be made thick, it wasn’t. My shake even had a hole in the bottom and I had a mess on my hands when I got home. We’ve eaten there 3 times and all 3 times have had a bad experience. Now we avoid Jack’s at all costs and just go to kroger and buy ice cream whenever we want ice cream.

This was my first experience with actually dining in at the Cedartown location. Jack’s has been around since I was a kid in the 1960’s. They’ve changed a lot over the years and I think for the better. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was great. They aren’t just a burger joint anymore. I had a chicken dinner that was delicious. And cheap! I was pleased with the entire visit and would definitely recommend it.

Food is always good but this time they gave me the wrong order and when I told her she asked for it back, I said I don’t think you’re supposed to do that. I watched as she took the food. I had already touched and walked it to the car in front of me and gave them the food. Luckily, I’m a clean person, but some people are not so I thought that was very unsanitary. They could at least threw the food away instead of giving it to those people. And someone should make sure that does not happen again

I wish there were more stars to give because this Jacks deserves them! The food is always hot and delicious. I place most of my orders online, my food is always ready, upon arrival. The staff are always smiling and cheerful, attentive and helpful. Coming from a fast food connoisseur, this establishment gets my vote. As lso, my husband is allergic to onions. This has been an issue with practically every other place we have ever been. Not here. If I say no onions, it’s no onions. Love this place, whether it’s Sunday morning breakfast or Wednesday night dinner (all the $6 dinners are fantastic) we always enjoy our meals here!!

The food was okay. My order was messed up, so it wasn’t what I went in with a flavor for. I ordered the country fried steak dinner/plate and wanted chicken gravy on the steak and potatoes. I ended up with pepper gravy and chicken gravy. It’s not a good cross mix. We didn’t have time to wait on more steak to be cooked, so I took it as it was given to me.
The service was okay. I do realize the place just opened, but it was like these folks hadn’t been trained yet. It could have just been the one we got taking our order.
We will give it another try once they’re opened a little longer. Give them a chance to work on a few of the kinks they’ve got going on right now.

I love the jacks in Cedartown. I go there almost everyday for lunch. The food is great, the people are great, and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this jacks to anyone.

Best burgers in town, hands down. Every dollar always feels worth it. Customer service was fast and accurate and welcoming. The workers here care about the community here and always greet us when we come in! I never feel like I want to go anywhere else. I’ll gladly eat here 5 times a week!
