I came in contact with some Angels tonight! I went in with a lot on my mind wanting a piece of my childhood. Had a talk with the manager who’s an angel and the employees were right along with her with the same great energy! Moms got a terminal illness and drove from Duluth Ga just to clear my head and get a meal and i got way more than that, i had got a loving set of angels who made my night a world of difference and i thank you all, and the food was fresh and cooked to perfection! Best Jacks experience/food I’ve had in this lifetime! Thank you guys and send love and hugs! Merry Christmas! and mama loved her chicken as well when i got it home to her.

Not only did they get the order wrong, but then when as the customer you go inside obviously upset, the employee inside want to act like you’re the problem. I appreciate the manager fixing the mess up and I wish I would have caught their name to give them recognition, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that the employee inside was more worried about being combative than addressing and fixing their mistake. Then the employee wanted to get sideways with the manager ! I really hope the rest of the staff there has more respect for their leadership, and hopefully in the future we won’t run into any problems but the service from the team member tonight 11/25/25 was ridiculous. It’s already somewhere we don’t dine often, and with experiences like this we won’t be becoming frequent fliers anytime soon. Again, props to the manager for being able to deal with the situation and being prompt with the solution, fast food can be hectic but even if you’re wrapped around the building service should never be this subpar.

Drive through is the best I’ve been through anywhere. Very fast and courteous service! Bremen, Georgia Jacks is the standard all should follow. I go through every other weekend on my way to work and always consistently fast.

I called in an order for a 10 piece family box. It was fresh and hot. The staff did an amazing job. Donna had my order ready for me when I got there and I was greeted and waited on by Johanna. Great service.

Our cashier’s name was journey and she was phenomenal however her boss Nikki interrupted her while she was taking our order to yell at her and tell her to do something else… While she was in the middle of taking our order and clearing out the massive line inside the store. I then watched while I was waiting for my food and saw a couple bring in food from their car that was the wrong order and Nikki proceeded to hand the exact same bag of food out the drive thru window to another car of people. This was all at 12:46pm on Sunday 1/11/2026

I ended up with like a handful of fries. Not even enough to fill a small fry carton. The lady who assisted the cashier at the window told us they don’t make small shakes. She told me I have to be charged for a regular. Yet the shake was still put in a small cup but I got charged for a regular size and not a small. I don’t know when that changed all of a sudden but at other locations between Ga to AL jacks they charge you for the size you ordered. I don’t understand that part at all and feel like that was just made up unless that rule doesn’t apply for this location. The lady who they called Tameka who tried to help assist with the app used a lot of profanity. The order was rung up wrong as a 4 pc instead of a 3pc chicken finger snack. She seemed frustrated to deal with the whole ordeal and kept asking have we already used the code on our app. She kept telling the order taker and the other employee there that they have to ring this stuff up correctly. She complained about how the drive thru time was now high because of this ordeal. She complained about how long it took and how it messed up the drive thru time and made it 5 minutes. She snatched the receipt and just used a lot of profanity. Somehow I ended up with my receipt and an employee clock out slip. I definitely won’t be back because it was very unprofessional. I understand if you’re frustrated with something but using a lot of profanity in front of your customers is very unprofessional. I seemed like I was an inconvenience due to how she was acting. I won’t recommend this place to anyone or come back at all. Ruined my experience completely. I also included the pic down below of the person clock in paper I received when she snatched my receipt.
