Jack’s Corner
Jack’s Corner is hands-down one of the best food spots in Rockaway Beach. The food is unreal, the service is top-notch, and the sandwiches are on another level. Every sandwich is massive, stacked high, and made with super fresh ingredients—especially their focaccia, which is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. One sandwich is easily enough to fill you up (or share, if you’re generous).
You can tell they care about quality. The flavors are bold, the portions are huge, and everything is made to order. Whether you’re grabbing a classic Italian-style sandwich, a chicken cutlet hero, or one of their creative specials, it never disappoints.
On top of that, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They’re fast, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place where locals keep coming back and visitors instantly understand the hype.
If you’re in Rockaway Beach and want amazing food, great service, and one of the best sandwiches around, Jack’s Corner is a must. Absolute gem.

I did a large catering order today from Jacks Corner. It was perfectly prepared and exactly as I expected. I requested that it arrive hot and it certainly did. Each tray was delicious. The apps came with the appropriate dipping sauce.
Mike and his coworker arrived right on time and even helped put some of the trays in the oven until we were ready to eat. Thank you

We came here on a whim for coffee after getting food over at Margie’s. This place was SUPERB. We walked in for coffees and ended up with a sampler of pastries. We got the chocolate chip cookie, the raspberry mousse, the caramel cone, and the Nutella volcano. Each of these was better than the last, and we left with some treats to go because they were so good.

I’m pretty positive this is an offshoot from Happy Jack’s, and I can tell you it’s totally on brand deliciousness. We try to go here every other weekend for their breakfast crunchwrap, loaded breakfast burrito, and french toast sticks, and we are not disappointed 😀 We’ve also branched out into their lunch offerings (the chicken pot pie, shepherd’s pie, and focaccia pizza so far), and they were spot on as well 😀

Got the pesto drive and was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, the house made bread took it over the top.

Absolutely phenomenal sandwiches. Got a number 6 and number 8 very delicious!!!! Can’t skip the iced cappuccino or the homemade chips. Many beautiful desserts on display I can’t wait to try. Extremely warm and welcoming staff, 10/10 experience. I can’t wait to come back.

I don’t know if it was Happy Jack himself (Happy Jack’s Burgers is a few doors down w same logo as Jack’s Corner) or a different employee but you will definitely get a side of that life-is-good Queens/Rockaway Beach verve with a very tasty sandwich! Crusty bread, fresh cold cuts and salads…can’t go wrong. Next time you are heading to the beach give this spot a try. PS their espresso and cookies are also a fresh and tasty find!

Cheesecake was a little sweeter than I expected, but the staff were really nice. I thought that the Tony Soprano sandwich didn’t have gabagool on it for a moment but then I just realized that my reading skills are terrible. Guy at the counter had a cute New York accent.
