Service at its worst. Waited patiently in line for 40 minutes because they were bombarded with online orders, just to find out they ran out of a few main items “over an hour ago.” Really? There were 5 of you behind the counter. One of you could have TOLD the wraparound line that BEFORE we waited. Walked out. Already wasted my time. Wasn’t going to waste my money on something I didn’t want to eat.

This was a first time I’ve been to this Chipotle location and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Not too sure what is going on but the food was still nice, hot and tasty and the service was excellent. I should have ate outside because eating inside was a little Erie.

Worst experience ever the staff is clueless and so is management. Go in to place an order and staff is standing around after about 10-15 min they say system crashed. Any other business would apologize and explain nothing. Staff decided that since they can’t serve us why tell us. The service at this store has continued to decline and get worse.

I normally do not review a restaurant, but this is seriously mismanaged. The past few times I have come to this Chipoltle they have been (out of grilled veggies) the mngr stated (they didn’t receive enough) and it’s about quality. Are you serious, order properlyvand have the product the customer is paying for! 7:00pm and I wait through a long line to find they’re out again and no guacamole. He also stated it was illegal to post a sign letting customers know of the shortages so you don’t wait for 15 minutes only to not get what you really want.

Employee scolded me for pointing/touching the glass. I felt intimated, didn’t want to make scene or get him in trouble. They don’t have labels or numbers on selections. Sometimes can’t tell the meat apart. I experienced poor customer service.
