Staff are friendly and courteous. Food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the 3 meat combo (brisket, pulled pork and sausage) mac n cheese and collard greens for sides. Everything was fresh and warm. So glad I came here.

In town for business and found Jack’s. They didn’t disappoint and pretty quick service being lunch time . I got a st Louis rib sandwich 6 bones and a side of 6 wings. Everything was seasond real good . I got sauce on the sides so I could really taste the food.

While the quality of food here is good and the people are pretty nice, the biggest reason I give 3 stars is because, as you can see in the picture of my sandwich, it is nowhere near the size of a $10 burger, which is what I paid for the burger alone. WAAAAY overpriced, and that wasn’t even including the chips. Normally if everything else about a restaurant is good (staff attitude, cleanliness, good flavor, atmosphere) which it was, I only take off 1 star for being overpriced, but the person who sets the prices for this restaurant must have an ego the size of Texas, because my sandwich was probably only worth $5 at the most

Stopped here on our way through Nashville on 65, and we will definitely stop again on the future.
The food was excellent, the prices were good, the service was great. All around a great experience.
We tried ribs, brisket, pulled pork, greens, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and apples. Everything was really good, with the greens definitely being the favorite side.

I wasn’t even planning on eating here. I was meeting someone for work at the Trinity location and well after smelling that bbq from the parking lot for a while I couldn’t resist. I had the smoked chicken sandwich and a slice of pecan pie. I was amazing and a nice big portion. Toasted bun to perfection and the chicken was tender and juicy. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Nashville.

In my opinion, this is the Best Bar-B-Que in Nashville. Everything on their menu is delicious. This place is a must to try if you ever visit Nashville. They do have a Broadway location if the one on trinity is too far, but we love it here. My favorite treat of theirs is banana pudding.

Stopped by for takeout. Food smelled so good our dog tried to sneak a bite lol. BBQ was tasty and juicy(they got several different sauce options). Greens were good too! Generous portion sizes for a great price 🙂

Got a 2-item plate for lunch and hadn’t been at Jack’s in 10 years. Surprised me alot on how much prices had increased and that they charged an additional $3 for Brisket on each plate. The food was great but definitely had issues with portions and the cost of the meal.

In my opinion, it’s the best BBQ location in Nashville! The smoked sausage is the best I’ve ever had. Potato salad is amazing as well. You can go to the Broadway location if you want to but this one is the better of the two. Highly recommend!

Had the smoked beef brisket platter. Not bad, not bad at all, though the price per pound is a bit steep for beef.

Haven’t tried the other meats, which cost less per pound, but assuming they were smoked in the same room, I believe the turkey or pork would be just as good, at a lower price point.

Not much service to speak of, as it is cafeteria style, which makes me wonder why bother with the tip option following a card charge.
