I ordered 54 biscuits for today. I paid when I ordered due to someone else picking up. I get a call from my Childs teacher saying we are missing chicken and biscuits. I call only for the lady to be short and smart with me. How she put it together. We was shorted 17 biscuits. I just wished the night shift manager could train your day shift. She was also ugly to the lady picking it up. I will be contacting the night shift manager because she’s so friendly and helpful.

Mark Is always rude. I notice the biscuits are hard every time. So I ask the employee said they have to get the old biscuits out, then the fresh one are put out. Mark is unkind. I’m a fast food worker so I try to be considerate but this is the last straw just came thru and ordered chicken strip meal I get home get everything out of the bag and this is their idea of a full fry…other times I’ve come thru my chicken strips were hard and I had to wait forever

The Drive-Through is an atrocious experience. Order is wrong almost every time, sometimes we don’t even get what we bought. Paying as much money as we do, it should be worth the price. I’m not sure if this is intentional service, but the service is not that good in the Drive-through. It’s disappointing to be honest.
