Went through the drive through for a ham biscuit and coffee. The biscuit was extremely thin and fell apart while eating it. The ham was full of fat and gristle. Coffee was warm but not hot. I will not be going back to this store. If I had eaten inside the food would have been taken back.

I’m from out of state and was told Jack’s was the place. To be honest I don’t see the hype. Fries wasn’t done with no seasoning. Chicken sandwich was basic and they forgot the bacon. I would recommend gas station food over this place.

First of all, ignore the one-star reviews. Those people were expecting the food at the new location to somehow be different than all of the other Jack’s locations. The food, in fact, is the same. The design, however, is so much better. I’m sitting in one of their rocking chairs now – this place is nice. Our service was impeccable, our food was exactly as we expected, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If Cracker Barrel opened a chicken joint, this would be it. Don’t let the negative-Nellys keep you from coming here. It’s arguably the nicest Jack’s I’ve ever been to.
