This is what they just gave me for $10 no meat in ma tacos!!! Imagine being hungry starving rather at work just to get to my job one the bag and my tacos are made like this! Hella cold when I got to eat it and my job is mins away! Terrible customer service and they want you to TIP HAHA! Food place is a joke!

OMG! I came to Jackie’s after a year plus because my new job didn’t entail me going in that direction. Today I unfortunately went that way. Stopped by Jackie’s and had a tuna sandwich. Worst decision of 2025. Got off of work and went to the gym. Have been GLUED to the toilet. That tuna sandwich turned me every way but loose. NEVER AGAIN!

The food here is great I have no problem with. The customer service is horrible. I have encountered this young girl working there twice and both times her attitude was ridiculous. What took the cake was when I ordered a simple turkey sandwich as she was standing there. She decided to go do other things and take another order and make there order before mines. I just asked for a refund and walked out. Get better customer service. Kids need to stay home since she can’t be disciplined in public. Had it been someone else her head would have been on the floor.

I’ve only ordered 2 things from here at 3 different occasions. The first time was a gyro without the sauce and was a walk in order. Wait was like 10 mins. Not bad at all the gyro was slap your momma good. The 2nd and 3rd time was a call in to make a pick up order for tacos and every time I order they ask me when will I be there which is kinda odd. Normally the restaurant will tell me when it’s ready but not too big of a deal. Again though the tacos where slap your momma good. I’m not trying to portray domestic abuse or anything, just trying to state that their food is exceptional. I always had good customer service with them as well so that’s also a plus. Prices I barely pay attention to so I can’t help out here but I can tell you that 4 tacos will run you about $14 and tax. Do with that as you will.
