Used to like ordering from here and ordering. However, the last time I ordered, several items were missing. I ordered 6 wings and got 5, with no blue cheese. I ordered nachos that were missing pico, and sour cream. The manager provided no resolution and was also rude. Horrible customer service.

The location and staff are very nice. However, the food quality was extremely varied. My friends enjoyed their meals (wings and a grilled chicken wrap). The chicken fingers I ordered, however, were stringy, dry, and had an off taste. My friend who ordered the chicken Parm slider (which uses the same fried chicken cutlet) identified the same issue. Additionally, the honey mustard sauce tasted strange and “off” as well. The cheesecake we ordered was stale, obviously recently defrosted, and tasted like an old freezer. The staff was pleasant but I was very disappointed by the food.

I can’t say enough of the accommodations at Jackie B’s. Scott, Kristin and Karon made all my dreams come true. When you come in the party room looks like a diamond in the rough but the versatility of the room lends it to decorating potential .
We were given a wonderful choice of apps and entrees and even there they made some adjustments to meet our needs . Service was attentive and our guests felt well taken care of.
I highly recommend Jackie B’s for your party needs. It’s a great place to visit even for just a meal. Very friendly.

Came in here for brunch/Lunch on a Saturday with our pup. We were invited to sit outside, which was great because it was a perfect day. We got the mozzarella sticks, chicken sandwich and Buffalo wrap. The highlight of the meal was the mozzarella sticks and the season drinks. The sticks were pull apart gooey and made fried to perfection. The chicken sandwich was more like 2 thin cutlets stacked, and not very Nashville style. My boyfriend said he liked the wrap but wasn’t blown away. The restaurant seemed to be busy on the inside, and they even had a party going on in the back. The menu wasn’t all that revolutionary.

Jack B’s is a great spot with pretty good food. We loved that we could sit outside with our dog, which was a big plus. The only downside was the slow service because we were outside. Overall, it was a nice experience, and we’d definitely go back.

Greek chicken : delicious feta-lemon sauce, very well balanced. Vegetables were fresh with a good texture (crunchy yet tender). Kalamata olives twice the quantity we expected, lovely !
