I began with a Bloody Mary that instantly ruined all previous Bloody Marys for me. It’s smoky, savory, and faintly unhinged—in the best way—thanks to a whisper of BBQ sauce and local Tom’s Town vodka. The olives? Stuffed with burnt ends. An amazing touch!
For the main event, the Kansas City Combo: crown prime beef rib, pork spare ribs, and beef brisket, plus a Cheesy Potato Bake that feels like an unapologetically American cousin of potato gratin. The portions are heroic. I should have stopped. I did not. The meat was impossibly tender, deeply smoky, richly spiced, and somehow still juicy. This is BBQ operating at an elite level.
I had no room for dessert—and yet the carrot cake arrived, and resistance was futile. Real carrot. Real flavor. An actual glaze instead of plasticky frosting, a little piece of heaven on a plate.
The space—an old factory turned warm, bustling BBQ sanctuary—is charming, and my server was perfection: warm, confident, and gently authoritative about what I *should* be eating (she was right).
One of the best meals I’ve ever had!
We got combo of 3, lamb, beef burnt end and prime crown beef + kid’s bbq chicken. All the meats are tender juicy literally fall apart while you pick it with forks. I love the burnt end the most.
Reservation is highly recommend. It’s very popular. The service is great. The staff is nice friendly attentive.
The decoration gives beer garden vibes. Relaxing, people chatting with drinks and good meat.
But the service made up for a lot. Anna was incredible! Seriously ten-star service. She had great recommendations, super friendly energy, and made the whole meal feel better. If every server were like her, I’d come back just for the hospitality.
I got the Tuesday special of Burnt ends for Pork and Sausage. That was probably the best pork burnt ends I have ever had.
The fries were good as they appeared to be cut in house.
The atmosphere was really over the top. It is a great place. There were a couple large company Christmas lunches there and they had the room to host it.

This establishment was wayyy more than what I was expecting! I was blown away by the decor, ambiance, and also the method of ordering. As a Texan, we are used to standing in a line to order in cafeteria style. This restaurant is actually a table service establishment which made the experience even better!
We ordered brisket, ribs, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, beans, baked potato, and smoked salmon dip. All were AMAZING!!! Fresh, flavorful, and muy delicioso!!
Can y’all please bring this greatest to Texas??? Pretty Please!!!
Atmosphere: 10 out of 10.
Food: 8 out of 10.
Value: 5 out of 10.
That’s a 33/40 = 0.825 = 82.5% or a B-.
The service was great and the atmosphere was like a mountainous chalet, all decked out for Christmas. It was beautiful inside. I got the burnt ends with asparagus. I received 3 pork ends and 4 beef ends and a healthy amount of asparagus. The garlic butter on the asparagus was terrific. The pork was great, but the beef ends, however, were dry and tough; they were difficult to chew. I would not order them again. Additionally, what few burnt ends you receive doesn’t match the amount you pay.
I ate at 3:00pm and my bill was $20.62 and my drink was an ice water. Too much cost for very little food.
The facilities were clean as well as the booth we sat in.
Overall, B-…probably wouldn’t return.
