I’ve eaten at 5 or 6 different locations of this restaurant, and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s a chain that gets it right: freshly made food from quality ingredients, excellent customer service, and a simple but clean and pleasant store layout. It may seem a little pricey, but it’s well worth it.

I ordered large classic carol and large fancy Nancy as well as pimento cheese. The store was not busy. I’m sure they had a busy Saturday lunch rush hour as their refrigerated case was empty of all large containers of all their chicken salads. They were out of pimento cheese and seemed reluctant to issue a credit to my card so I ordered a 2nd classic carol When I got home, both “classic carols” were plain chicken and mayonnaise. There was no celery and no secret seasoning. I live 40 mins away. I’m very irritated to say the least. To make it worse, Couldn’t speak to a person when I called the store. It was all automated and option 4 went aa voice mailbox that is full. Grrrrrrrrrrr!

Took my son attending GCSU out for dinner at Chicken Salad Chick as he had never been. We tried many different types of chicken salad and all were fantastic. The lemon basil was my favorite! Service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Prices were reasonable.
