JPs is a local place with that gritty “dive bar” feel. After wandering around for a half hour looking for something that was open on Monday, a local saw us wandering and told us that the burgers were great and we wouldn’t regret Jack Patrick’s as our choice. She was absolutely right!
Although they were short staffed, the food was excellent and we enjoyed our time at the bar.
A couple of beers and a double for $20 – good prices. And the smash burgers were excellent – could definitely taste the freshness.
My hubby loved his salad, and the fries were great too.
Not a chic place by any measure, but for some beers, good food, darts and hanging with friends, it’s a perfect choice!

Yummy yummy yummy. Great food atmosphere and they even let the critters join. They had an interesting assortment of special drinks and the pickle shot was actually delicious. I would have it again and it was only $4. We had a late lunch and we’re pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. It was packed with college students so it was a fun chill vibe and I bet it gets busy on the weekends. Will be back for sure when we visit again

We were looking for a latr night place to grab a burger and a drink. Our group found Jack Patrick’s via Google Maps.
We loved it. They had a bunch of Irish-themed drinks and food, and the bartenders were super cook.

A downtown gem! A dear friend of mine turned me on to this fabulous place and I am so happy that he did. I think yesterday was my fourth visit, and the food has always been extremely good. On a whim, instead of getting one of their yummy burgers, I got the daily special which was some sort of delicious Hawaiian pork sandwich. It was “melt in your mouth” delicious and I easily had enough to enjoy the next day. The bun was soft and fresh, the pork cutlets, ham, some sort of yummy aioli and slaw were a wonderful flavor celebration. My compliments to the chef! Courtney behind the bar is a gem, and she knew pretty much every guest who sat at the bar and she was very warm and welcoming to me!

I didn’t opt to enjoy food here but can say the service is second only to none. Figured it might be an “Irish pub” as many cities have but it does have the all the accoutrements to pass my test. Nice selection is Irish whiskey. Very lovely fellow, Charlie, held that bar down and was super friendly. Very cost effective. Will be back when I come through again.

For such an abandoned city, this little gem of a spot was cooking it up. Stop in, say hi, grab some food and a cold beverage. Great service for a 2 person crew. Kudos for keeping up guys!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible. The place was dark old and dirty. The bathroom was gross. We ordered wings pizza and pretzels. The wings were good, not great. The pretzels were edible but dry and overcooked. The pizza was literally the worst thing ever. Look at the pic, it was so black and appealing & somehow the tasted worse than it looked. We each too and but and then just left it. It was inedible. Do not go here.

I was very pleased with this bar and the atmosphere. It seemed to be a local bar with a family feel to it. People were so friendly. The bartender Bob was awesome and helpful. He helped me chose a beer and I was not disappointed!
