Horrible service to food service drivers. No use of the restroom. As a former Jack in the box employee, I thought the service and staff would be kinder and respectful. Around 8:15 pm someone needs a break because she’s clearly sick of her position. No courtesy, even in front of children. I wouldn’t trust her with my food.

Drive thru. Asked about the monster mozzarella sticks and lady had an attitude instead of politely saying no haven’t gotten them in yet. Still went to order something differant and was rushed through couldn’t finish an order before hearing is that all. Got to window she was so completely rude. Grabbed our money and slam window then rudely hands back money and again window. Took our food and left. Got home live 3 minutes away food was cold and almost like someone order and never showed so they throw at next person. Love our jack fix but this employee should not be in this business if she going to treat customers that way. This was about was a couple of days ago around 930 maybe later.

Horrible experience at this location. The two ladies working tonight were extremely unprofessional and flat out rude. The older one especially. No greeting no thank you and told me she doesn’t care what I have to drink because I get it myself. Rolled her eyes when I said have a good night. I understand people have bad days but this isn’t the first time she has been this way. Love me some late night snacks but I feel this will be the last time I spend my money at the Richland Jack n the box.

Ordered “loaded” mini tacos with extra cheese. There was no extra cheese and they weren’t loaded, there was lettuce thrown on the top and that’s it, and the tacos had almost no meat. The burger was ok, but for $4 it wasn’t worth it, it was super tiny. I’m not sure how there’s any “value” to that, and it was on the value menu. I’m not impressed and definitely won’t be buying these items again.

Staff is super friendly and courteous HOWEVER this sad example of “portion control” is why they get 2 stars. When you order something with nacho cheese you’d expect some to maybe be dripping out onto the fries but this is outright pathetic! Food was fresh but without the gooey cheese it’s a dry bread with chicken in it. I mean I already know it’s mostly water anyways so why be so tight with it??? Don’t care for the tacos, never have, never will. Leave taco making to the Latinos. Sadly I’m pretty sure I won’t ever come there for burgers or sandwiches of any sort. I don’t want to get skimped like this again. I’ll stick to drinks and treats when it comes to Jack from now on…

stood at ctr while waiting to order and an employee saw me multiple times and said nothing the manager.
severely understaffed. shouldn’t have opened the restaurant. I think being closed is better then giving poor servi e to everybody.
im writing this while waiting 20 minutes for my food inside. watched the manager just be an absolute tool to an elderly lady as well as several other customers.
telling customers that are in the drive through that he cant take their order due to large order volume and to come inside.
he denied an elderly women the bathroom due to policy.
not being nit picky here. this guy is a menace.
tall dark haired overweight guy. didn’t get a name.
