This place sucks! I came here2 weeks ago through the drve thru to be told it was actually closed. It did not look closed, so here I am at this place ahain the drve through is blocked but the dine in was open went in to order and was told they were actually closed by the 3 workers at the counter.Don’t waste your time getting “jacked” here.

Wish I could give zero stars. Sat in line while being the only ones in the drive thru for almost 10 mins. Worker wouldn’t give my husband his card back then told us to pull around front to wait another 15 minutes. Asked for a recipt and the worker said “no” and walked away back inside. Glanced in the bags, looked like everything was there. Got home which is about 20 mins away to find out they gave just fries in one of the kids meals and then no chicken strips or fries in the other, wrappers were thrown in, but no food in them. Huge waste of money. Not even worth the drive back to fix it.

Well the one on columbia point there milkshake machines r down now. But when they were working they were out of cherries and when they had cherries they out of whipped cream just across the parking lot is windows they could buy a few cans till there’s come in. And they charge full price with no whip cream or cherries . They need to change the pic showing no cherries s . Or charge half the price. What do others say about this?????

Staff is super friendly and courteous HOWEVER this sad example of “portion control” is why they get 2 stars. When you order something with nacho cheese you’d expect some to maybe be dripping out onto the fries but this is outright pathetic! Food was fresh but without the gooey cheese it’s a dry bread with chicken in it. I mean I already know it’s mostly water anyways so why be so tight with it??? Don’t care for the tacos, never have, never will. Leave taco making to the Latinos. Sadly I’m pretty sure I won’t ever come there for burgers or sandwiches of any sort. I don’t want to get skimped like this again. I’ll stick to drinks and treats when it comes to Jack from now on…

I walked in waited in line and offered to buy anything on the menu to get a receipt to use the restroom as I was moment’s from crapping my pants. The manager on site was at the register and gave the worst attitude for my reasoning to use the restroom. After making the purchase no receipt was given as the transaction wasn’t fully completed. After doing my business I came out to order additional food and the same manager walked past me multiple times as I waited to order more food. After finally placing my order he came and tossed the food on the counter saying “your food is ready” with a rude attitude. Hands down the worst jack in the box in the tri city area. I would not come back again.

I went thru the drive thru this morning at 11:12am. I was being asked what wanted to order and i said my number. the cashier person taking the drive thru order then said “what combo?” i repeat my order and he then said again “what combo”. i then said what do you mean what combo i just told you the combo number i wanted. He sounded very rude. I got to the window just asking for a form of payment, not acknowledging me with just a hello. This tall man just took my payment, didnt ask if i wanted my receipt. Gave me my card back. Handed me my drinks and food and then looked away. I was kinda puzzled that he handed me the food and didnt even say “thats all” or “have a nice day”. HE just gave me my food and turn his back on me. i was wondering if he was going to give me something else or was i suppose to wait for something. This was just bad customer service. I dont see why people work at this place that look and act miserable. Go work somewhere else and give your job to someone else that appreciates it!
