Great burger! I like this place out of most of them… Hit much needed spot. Soda was perfect, Oreo shake was perfect! Chicken teriyaki was a hit also. Employees perfect & helpful. First time here & they did not disappoint! #thanks

I ordered online and when I got there they said they didn’t have egg rolls which happens when you order online. You’re not sure if restaurants are going to have certain items when you pay for them online, yet it’s very convenient for truck drivers and you get the perks and points when you use the app. They gladly said that substitute for jalapeno poppers. As I was waiting I noticed the restaurant was extremely clean. I didn’t hesitate sitting anywhere. They gave me the other food and drink I ordered when waiting for the jalapeno poppers which were the tastiest ones I’ve ever had at any Jack in the box or anywhere! I’ve had them at other Jack in the boxes that were overcooked and old oil. These were fresh & cooked perfectly!
And they weren’t stingy about the buttermilk dressing for the poppers.

I was giving the Prosser location high hopes since I enjoy maybe three items on the menu. Plus it was a new place in Prosser. I ordered the other day and it was disgusting. I don’t want something too heavy so I got a breakfast sandwich meal, came with a drink and a hash brown. The hash brown was falling apart while I tried picking it. It had a nasty oil taste. The grease was all over the hash brown bag. The sandwich was not much better. I would post pics if I could.

I mean it fast food,but the mention is ,it’s hot! Everytime I go there ,that means the ff too. Not just a warm burger and cold fries . I ACTUALLY ENJOYED EATING MY FAST FOOD SMASHED burger and ff. Prosser location didn’t have the extra toppings I wanted added to my classic mini tacos order (bacon, taco sauce). Fine. Locations differ.
But then they didn’t even give me any of the sauce it comes with! I have a dry mouth condition; I cannot choke down dry food with zero sauce, not to mention it’s gross. Dry mouth is not rare, sauce should be treated as more important than they do.
So my order was inedible. And we are traveling through from out of state, so we couldn’t go back.
(If Prosser ses this, I do want to apologize for the annoyed phone call about the lobby hours. I have to use a captioning app due to a brain injury, making it impossible for me to converse on phones in the regular way. The reception was bad on the highway so they couldn’t hear me and my captions weren’t able to transcribe, so it resulted in me repeating and raising my voice to be sure I was heard. We had just had a bad experience with the Jack right before them, and I was very frustrated. My apologies for sounding upset at the employee on the phone, I was not.

Better Late than never (Better Late Then Never)
I ordered an online order, and some items were missing, I explained and the employee quickly fixed it, and apologized…..honestlly that is all that is required, apologize and make it right. I appreciate that so much, and it is a lost cause in this world. Service was decent, but at least they care and are attentive. Thank you. Food was good too!

We pulled into the outside lane because our truck is too big to turn into the inside lane. Immediately upon pulling up to the board, someone came on and said, “It’ll be just a minute.” So we waited. While sitting there, two cars went through the inside lane, ordered, and left no one ever came back to take our order we finally had to pull up to the window ourselves. When we asked why we had been waiting so long, the employee at the window had a terrible attitude, practically called us liars, and said they couldn’t see us on the camera. We then asked for a manager, but instead of making things right, the manager doubled down and gave us the same excuse, even though someone had spoken to us when we first pulled up.
To top it off, when we finally got our food, they put tomatoes on the sandwich after we specifically asked for no tomatoes, and they didn’t even give us the drink we ordered. Horrible service from start to finish rude staff, no accountability, and no effort to correct their mistakes. One of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. This is the 4time we have been there due to their convenience however the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results! So the definition of this jack and the box is insanity! We won’t be back again!!
