Food is as expected mediocre. Fries were just about luke warm and the burger was ok. I ordered the monthly special burger “The Bonus Jack combo” listed above the screen which was $5.49 for the double burger and $6.99 for the triple. I of course I ordered the triple as it’s basically 3 small cheeseburger patties. When I got to the window my total with tax came to $8.16. I asked how was this possible the special for the triple was 6.99 and tax would not come up to 8.16. The cashier says oh that’s the price for the double. I tried to correct her and said no the double was $5.49 the triple was $6.99 to which she responded you must have read it wrong. I know it’s petty to complain over 50¢ but what irks me is when I’m told I’m wrong or I misread it off the sign when it’s either input into the computer wrong or your sign is incorrect. I am however petty enough to correct them online with a picture. Also the Bonus Jack had way to much sauce (it has a strong taste of vinegar) which didn’t taste all that good especially when it was overwhelming the rest of the burger. Better luck next visit I suppose.

How can you cook, wash your hands, keep good food temperature, and laugh so loud with all workers where you can’t hear a customer order food? The whole time we were there not one worker washed hands even after taking out the trash.

Came in side with the kids and family thinking that we would eat inside stood in line first, in line for about ten minutes, watching them take care of only the drive thru. When I finally asked to be helped, Anna told me to use the self served machine.. when I explained that I had some questions and would rather order from her.I got the exasperated breath like she would rather be doing something else than helping me. You usually have good service and good food here, but there are new people here and basically ruin my experience here.

The tacos were obviously under a heat lamp or some type of food warmer for way too long, they were stale, the sauce was all soaked into the tacos, there was some kind of stringy plant in my taco the definitely wasn’t lettuce, I thought it was a hair and was really disgusted. I guess that’s what you can expect from the night crew there, they are lazy.
