Jack in the Box well, it is what we expect to get from a fast food place. Some are better than others, and locations differ as well. This location seems to be better than most in town for the most part. This location has a relatively nice interior with a fireplace. The service I received was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to try the double fish sandwich ” The Deluxe Fish.” I must say it was pretty good. The fish was fully cooked and crispy. Nice amount of tartar sauce, fresh lettuce, and decent bun. The only problem was the tomatoes, which were very thin and soggy. I just took them off, and we were good to go. I did have more to our order tacos, burger, salad we got everyone fed. So today was a good day at Jack in the Box, decent food, but even better service, so overall, not too bad.

One star is being generous. Went for lunch today. Did drive through. Ordered spicy chicken combo the sandwich was good the fries were stone cold also had Ordered the bacon cheese burger with extra bacon. The burger had no bacon on it at all

Rude employee named Vanessa. Don’t know her full name just know she works night shifts. Fix her attitude. If she can’t treat a customer nicely then she shouldn’t be able to have a job. Very unnecessary attitude she has going on.

We went through the drive through at this location. Service was good and quick. But they discontinued the bacon cheddar potato wedges and gave us this slop. Not even filled up. Just thrown in. Doesn’t look appetizing.

For making a late night munchie stop, I had a great experience! Most people would expect the employees to be in a bad mood because of working graveyard, I had the exact opposite! The employee was super friendly, and they got our food out quick and hot!

They messed up my munchie meal they put all the customization on to my partners order and didn’t do anything for mine my burger had no sauce even though I ordered extra of pretty much all the sauce and I added pickles and there was none I’ll just go somewhere that gets it right lolz waste of money didn’t even eat the dry plane burger I paid for at least I got fries I guess

Usually they forget to give me some of the items in my order, it happens consistently. I understand that they may be under staffed and overwhelmed but when I go in to get what I paid for I receive attitude or dirty looks from the workers when I just want what I paid for and am not rude about it. I ask nicely and they act as if they couldn’t be bothered at times.
