Haven’t been to Jack In The Box in quite some time. Today was a great visit. Customer service was great, the original tacos were scrumptious and the place was looking pretty spiffy. Lots of new items on the menu and lots to choose from. Gabe, our cashier was young, kind and professional.

Jack has the best (curly spicy) fries in fast food-dom, and the buttery jack is superior to anything McDonald’s serves. Plus, they serve breakfast all day, and their breakfast items are generally fairly priced and sufficient. Their salads are actually fairly decent. Underrated by many who disdain all budget fastfood chains.

Drive thru was very busy. Staff inside were fast, friendly and helpful. Inside was rather dismal,with only a few areas in which,but maybe it’s because most of their customers are drive thru and setting inside isn’t needed. Location is right off the Highway,easy to access. The women’s bathroom was out of service and I was directed by the cashier to use the men’s restroom which was very clean and well stocked with soap,toilet paper and hand dryers.

How do you not know what you are serving has dairy in it or not? Our son has an anaphyactic rxn to dairy and their chicken burger is out so we asked if their chicken nuggets have dairy, they said no but while waiting in line to pay and get our food, we googled it to be sure…and found that they do have dairy but it’s too late now to change our order since their service is so slow that there are 3 cars waiting behind us so we didn’t want to delay any longer. They didn’t give us our large curly fries and no straw for our drink as well. The burgers were over fried and the buns were so cold!!

I am noticing the growing trend with most jack in the box restaurants getting run down and old, most need alot of repair inside and out! Restrooms especially! I tend to stick to drive thrue most times at all of their restaurants.

Couldn’t eat my burger because of a thick black hair cooked in it. I was running late and was afraid if i sent it back I’d get more than just hair in my burger and didn’t have time. Service was mediocre at best. Nobody is ever friendly at fast food places anymore

We had to drive to this location since the Longview one wouldn’t serve us, even though they were open. The staff here was super friendly and the service was prompt. Our food was yummy like it always is too!! We will definatrly make the drive to this location over Longview!! Thanks for being amazing when the other store was 100% NOT!

Fries were burnt, burger looked like they forgot the bin and then threw it in at the last min. Service was terrible. The employees where more worried about how they looked and talking with each other then the customers and there hours that are posted online and on there front door are not correct. I still don’t know if you can find in or not.
