i had such a great experience at this Burger King location! the food was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. my meal tasted great and came out quickly, which is always a plus. but what really stood out to me was the management and staff. everyone was so friendly, polite, and helpful. the team here goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and you can tell they truly care about keeping everything running smoothly. the manager was attentive and made sure the dining area stayed clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not every day you find fast food that feels this well put together, but this Burger King definitely delivers. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a good meal and a positive experience!

Terrible experience i was parked for a kids meal waited 20 min outside ! I HAD TO GET OFF TO ASK FOR MY ORDER AND MANAGER HAD NO CLUE ABOUT MY ORDER. Time wasted, terrible service long wait for nothing! Supervisors should really re train this Manager!

What’s going on with the Whoppers at this location? The buns and patties have been different, smaller, and not as good. This location was the spot for Whopper Wednesdays but these are not Whoppers. I’ve received this kind of burger a few times already.

I visit this Burger King quite often but on today, June 30, 2025 I went in for my usual breakfast. The employee took so long to go to the register. There were no customers in the drive-through to find out she was in the restroom for at least 15 minutes she comes out. I have to repeat what I’m ordering at least five times She made me feel as if I was worthless. I have never been so disrespected at this establishment as I have been visiting this location several times per week for the past five years now I’m having mixed feelings of ever going back. This grungy little girl needs to eat to be taught a lesson or fired. I feel so upset right now.

Cashier was about as rude and unprofessional as she can be. Shouldn’t be surprised though as she’s a cashier and probably hates her job. Kids meal burger was missing cheese, guy taking order didn’t note it so she charged me for .65 for it, I paid it, that’s fine. Lettuce that was on burger when cheese was missing was now missing when cheese was placed. Bread was old and other kids meal was old and cold too (nuggets). Asked for my money back and she proceeds to lie and say that I was there an hour ago. It took me 10min to get home, another 10 to drive back when I saw the order wrong a second time. I’m sorry I don’t live in the parking lot and have to drive back and forth. Manager was professional and returned my money, if only the employee wasn’t as disrespectful.
