The cashier was very kind and helped us perfectly at the drive-thru. Our order was correct, hot, and nicely served. She was polite, gave us our receipt, and even suggested filling out the survey. The price was fair and regular for the product. Great service and good food!

Stopped by on a Friday after work. Inside was pretty clean. A few staff on hand were friendly. Service was a bit slow but decent turnaround time.
We ordered a couple chicken tender boxes and my kids loved them. Their soda fountains are great, let’s you chose from tons of flavor options like Mello Yellow and various Cokes etc.

Staff was helpful, food was satisfactory. But the atmosphere was terrible. The HORRIBLE CONSTANT BEEPING (from what I assume to be mobile orders) was so loud I could barely focus on the conversation I was having with my family. Genuinely torturous, I cannot believe they put their staff through that. Ridiculous.

The middle aged employee with the piercings was pretending he didn’t know how to enter coupon codes when my husband came in to get dinner. I had ordered from this location just two days before with a coupon and the same employee was able to type it in fine. We eat at this Jack regularly both with and without coupons but if they aren’t going to honor when we do have coupons we will eat at the other nearby Jack both with and without coupons from now on.

A few days ago I ordered a Grilled Chicken salad. Instead, I got a bacon? salad with slimy cucumbers and brown slimy lettuce. Today I got a got a Sourdough Grilled Chicken sandwich with no bacon. Not only did it have bacon on it, it also had a bread tab inside of it. My small dry was also cold and 1/3 of the way full.

Worst experience I have ever had to encounter I came inside to eat around noon for lunch and while in there a guy was just screaming and cussing at his coworkers He was throwing stuff around I find this disgusting and disgraceful. If he is truly that unhappy with his job maybe he should quit or you need to find someone to replace him. The gal in the front carried on about her job without any conflict and the other two gentlemen were sent away. I would stay away from this place as long as that guy is there Best I can describe him is he is skinny and I think has a tattoo or two on his face and maybe neck First time I have been to this location and I wont be back.

When walking in the 2 very nice beautiful lady’s helped me with my order and didn’t make me feel bad for taking a lil bit time to look ! The food was amazing and the store was so so clean! I’m pretty sure their names were Arisa and Nani ? If so 10/10
