Jack in the Box at 10:30 pm on Tuesday 5/16 it was seriously so amazing, it looked like it had been prepared from a sit down restaurant. It tasted so juicy and delicious it was perfect. Please try the burger with the hash brown in it and patty, and the grilled chicken sandwich…it had been cooked to perfection! I was so happy with this.

I watched this entire staff put up with abuse and racism and handle it professionally and without retaliation. And I’m not exaggerating. A very rude lady came in talking about why can’t they make it right (they put egg on her egg sandwich) and begin making racial slurs and the staff kept their words professional and only worked to correct the problem. That alone is worth the 5 stars today. It’s just a freaking fast food place. These are hard jobs that demand fast pace and customer service while dealing with Karens. Chill.

The young boy who took my order through drive through customer service was TERRIBLE. he kept saying, “What else!” 5 TIMES. when I wasn’t done ordering. Fast food restaurants needs to train these young kids about customer service.

I don’t really go to Jack in the Box very often just because the wait time to get your order takes long. For this Jack in the Box downtown Puyallup was my 1st time,. The line was long like 10 vehicles in front of me. I was surprised the line was moving fast and the person working window was nice.

Everytime I visit it seems like everyone is depressed and monotoned, at least late night/over night as that is when I visit the most. No enthusiasm, monotoned with a hint of attitude. Although they do get the line moving pretty quick compatible to other stores in the area, I would much rather deal with long wait times for the genuine customer service experience! Usually it’s been a long day for me as well, but more negativity and feeding into the poor emotions isnt going to help anyone. Smile, have enthusiasm and connect with your customers! Especially with the increasing prices (I can get a meal from a restaurant for the price of one of yours)?! Pros: Food is WONDERFUL and almost always fresh and the fast drive-thru line!

It is 823 and you’re lobby is supposed to be open at six so that delivery drivers can come and grab their orders and I had to sit in a long drive-through line because your lobby is closed for no obvious reason. This literally took money out of my pocket and every time Jack in the box does this they take money out of many people’s pockets. Your business Has steadily been falling apart since before Covid get it together

I accidentally placed an order at this location in the am, and quickly realized it was the wrong location. And tried to cancel right away but I couldn’t. I called all morning, for hours and no answer. Calls being sent to voicemail . I left a message and continue to call. I need a refund because I did not pick up the order and they couldn’t answer the phone. I’m wondering if this location is shut down. ? If so they shouldn’t allow people to place orders online and waste their money.
