First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. My boyfriend and I go to First Watch all the time it’s one of our favorite brunch spots for a cozy, delicious brunch. I’m absolutely obsessed with the Lavender Haze. It’s the perfect refreshing drink, and I look forward to it every time. My boyfriend can’t get enough of the carrot cake pancakes, and I don’t blame him, they’re incredible.
The vibe is always welcoming and relaxed, the service is kind and attentive, and the food never disappoints. It is consistently fresh and flavorful every time. We live for their seasonal menu and I honestly look forward to checking it out every time we’re there.
If you’re looking for a spot that feels like a treat but still has wholesome options, First Watch is it. It’s become part of our routine and we’re always excited to go back!

We had breakfast here recently with our parents and our teens, and everyone had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the portions were huge. Macara was our server and she was so helpful and sweet, and checked on us at the perfect times. Our order was a little complicated and she handled every request beautifully, and kept the coffee coming. We will definitely be back!

The location was very clean and inviting. It smelt so good. Ellie was our server, she was so patient and helpful. She answered SOOO many questions we had and never made us feel bad about it !! She checked on us and followed up enough that we felt noticed but not bothered. Ellie and Emily both brought our food to us they were both so great. We got soup, salad and sandwiches. All was delicious !! We got the mint mocha iced coffee and the honey caramel crunch iced coffee still can’t decide which is our favorite !! Highly recommend and will be back soon !! Thank you ladies 🙂

This location really cares. I ordered lunch here yesterday, soup and sandwich. They forgot the soup. So I called and the manager said come by and get a $20 brunch voucher. Instead of getting a cup of tomato basil soup (which is really good), I got this. Again, their customers matter. Also, my waitress, Lexi, was on point, so ask for her.

I just love First Watch! Such lovely attention to detail and a nice mix of farm fresh feel with lots of super healthy and indulgent options. We came for brunch on Mother’s Day Weekend and enjoyed the special menu. The service is always excellent and he people seem to enjoy working there. I had the spring crunch French toast with lemon whip cream…they forgot the crunch (crushed ginger cookies) but it was still delicious.

This is a great place for breakfast. My wife and I are vegetarians and they have several great options. The menu is inspired and thoughtfully created, that unusual in a world of lazy corporate chefs and Sysco deliveries. Our server was very accommodating regarding our dietary requests and that we were on a tight timeline. Use the app to get your name in when you are on the way. I’m glad there are several locations in the Tampa/St Pete area so I can visit often.
