Until 3 years ago JIB was my go to fast food. Now rarely. Tried the smash burger. Tasted fine but sooo overpriced. Now got a offer to try cluck sandwich. Dies not look like picture at all. Diameter if chicken barely gets to edge of bun. Too thick in middle making a very dry bite. Not batter dipped and fried. Just breadcrumb covering like a fish stick. Minimal sauce and all extra sauce is 25 to 50 cents more. Had to order from app and drove to p.u. (only 1.5 mi so not inconvenient) bag was left on pickup rack. Not 1 employee greeted or thanked me. I walked by 1 twice and at counter 1 looked but said nothing. No inside customers at 1.30pm.

This Jack in the Box is ridiculous. Their staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. I go to the drive thru and the guy taking the orders has 0 customer service skills. I remained the better person and was 100% polite even though he didn’t deserve it. Then, the food was half cooked and i found out when i was rushed to the ER for food poisoning. This place should NOT continue serving food if this is how they conduct business. Poor management, poor staff and poor food quality. Disgusting! I wish i could give this 0 stars

Apparently at 7pm, almost the entire menu was “unavailable”. The girl taking my order was so incredibly rude. I basically had to order just a plain cheeseburger because they couldn’t make anything else. And then as I was waiting in the drive they, I saw through the window some guy drop a huge stack of patties. And then he picked them up and stuck them on the grill. The patties were on the dirty floor, and he put them on the grill to cook. All your lazy, disgusting employees should be fired because that was ridiculous. I back all the way out of the drive thru. I would never go there again.

Got the bacon double smash burger! I can’t get to a Jack in the Box too often so ya gotta go big! The fries were sad, wilty and not fresh so I didn’t finish them.. I mean c’mon what can you expect? Love the soda machine. So many choices! Get the Minute Made peach drink. Really good for a change. Burger was yummy. Worth the stop. #roadfood

We just left the drive thru. The lady whose name is apparently Kaitlyn R according to our receipt running the drive thru was very rude and had major attitude as soon as we mentioned we had a coupon. Definitely makes us not want to come back anymore.

Took my family here for a treat. Food was good, ordered $40 of ultimate breakfast sandwiches and Oreo shakes. Value could be better but everywhere is going up. Very cold in dining room, I would bet 50 degrees, We tried to see if we could see our breath. We dropped a spoon on accident and when my wife went up to the counter, she was looked at several times but not acknowledged. I went to take her place and same thing, so we left. No one was rude outright, but no one enjoyed their jobs. A blonde haired kid with glasses was the only polite one, apologizing for the wait and bringing us our shakes to the table. This store needs a high energy team leader and maybe some team building skills. I will be back but not sure I will take my family with. Turn on the heat in dining room a little please, and have staff smile more. Cheers!

My Dad is 95 years old, he went inside with a coupon to order, thinking it would be easier for him that the DT. He had to use the kiosk and was very unsure how to use it, he asked the girl working there for help and she refused to help him. He was very flustered and won’t return, obviously. zero customer service!

First time eating at a Jack in the Box location and can say I was not particularly impressed. I ordered the bacon swiss buttery jack combo (way overpriced in my opinion). The burger was dripping grease and came wrapped in a grease puddle in the wrapping. I had to use napkins to soak up all the grease. I think there was only 1 small slice of bacon broken in half on top. The curly fries were good; hot and crispy. The restaurant itself was dimly lit and far from clean. I think there was only 1 table in the whole place that looked like it had been wiped down or cleaned and we were the only people eating there. The bathrooms could use a good scrubbing, too. Not worth eating here again.
