First time eating at a Jack in the Box location and can say I was not particularly impressed. I ordered the bacon swiss buttery jack combo (way overpriced in my opinion). The burger was dripping grease and came wrapped in a grease puddle in the wrapping. I had to use napkins to soak up all the grease. I think there was only 1 small slice of bacon broken in half on top. The curly fries were good; hot and crispy. The restaurant itself was dimly lit and far from clean. I think there was only 1 table in the whole place that looked like it had been wiped down or cleaned and we were the only people eating there. The bathrooms could use a good scrubbing, too. Not worth eating here again.

PROBLEM SOLVER
Never do drive thru. Been stuck for 30 mins without even moving, and they’re really not that busy. It’s always so dark and dreary inside, but maybe that’s what they’re going for. The workers are really friendly though. Atleast when you go inside. I don’t do drive thru now that the lobby is open.

they give you an attitude if you don’t order quick enough in the drive thru, I had to change my whole order because they told me they couldn’t sell me the new Snoop’s box because they ran out of brownies and without the brownie they couldn’t sell it.

Picked up food for dinner, when I got home 1/4 of my meal was missing; and 1/2 of the order was wrong!! I get little mistakes happen but to get home and go to eat dinner and find almost everything is wrong is irritating!

Whoever was packaging for door dash on the 30th of December around 12:30 ish your amazing!! Best part of my day was receiving only one bag from my DoorDash order and my sauces I always order in there! I can tell that means they straight up just remembered my order or name and what sauces I get. Your lit, stay lit. Hope you get a raise
