Usually don’t leave a bad review but this one left a sour taste in my mouth . Haven’t visited a jack in the box for a while and the last memory was a tastey one. This one was a disaster. Sourdough burger dried out not toasted. They were out of everything. Attention to skip drivers was more important than walk-in customers. The kids were trying but we’re literally left with nothing. This franchise owner and manager needs a good head shake for sure . But this review won’t mean much to them so they will continue as they were . Sad

We came there for the first time and we ordered two burgers without tomatoes when I was a chicken burger spicy and the other ones a bacon and space the burgers Very tasty everything was perfect. They’re hot and the service was amazing. He took his time. Explained what the burgers were and something. Everything was the tea thank you for a great customer service.

Drive thru was slow, had to wait over 20 min. Better off going to Applebee’s and sit down, would have been faster then the “fast food”. Only flavor of milkshake was vanilla, the menu was all broken. This place sucks for speed. Stuck between cars or I would leave.

This will be the last time i eat here. Fries where cold as ice. Looked and tasted like they had been cooked 2 hrs earlier and just sitting around. Burger was dry and cold just like the fries like it had been cooked and just left out.

I just wanted a breakfast burrito, I didn’t know I was going to have to wait 30 minutes to get it! There were no other customers! Just me! How long does it take to make a burrito! The dead bird in the parking lot should have been a red flag!

First time ever at a Jack in the box. And this is only because my son begged me! Ordered the fans favorite box which was a great deal! They didn’t have any mozza sticks so subbed in chicken nuggets. The box was stuffed full. 12 chicken nuggets, 12 mini tacos and stuffed with fries. The fries were good. Not soggy. Will definitely eat there again!

Okay so I ordered from the screen on the counter. Small screen to say the least. Ask for the junior cheeseburger and four chicken tenders. The order was to stay. In what seems a longer than usual wait, the order comes out and it’s a go bag. She hands me a tray and I put the stuff on a tray while I indicate I ordered a dine-in situation. I eat my chicken McNuggets sure, passible at best. Anyway, open my cheeseburger – there’s no cheese.0 I look at my receipt and it says cheeseburger with an indication of no cheese. When I take it back to the counter I am not in the mood to be pleasant (I know I’m bad.) She says somewhere on the screen was indicated no American cheese that meant for all their sandwiches.
This restaurant is usually a drive-thru service only, if that. They never have enough people working the counter and by that I mean one. This place is terrible and I left. Thank you for nothing Jack in the Box on Sunset you really are a mediocre store.
By the way I didn’t wait to be offered a refund. Not worth being there.

Employee at the window was great, super nice, although I ordered a number 4 combo with just mustard and ketchup and was given the base number 4 including mayo which I cannot have. Didn’t end up eating it. Also was out of curly fries and could only accept cash at the front window. Unfortunate to come here on my lunch break probably won’t again. EDIT : waffle fries were not cooked all the way and I ordered a doctor pepper and was given root beer.

I ordered from this place with Uber eats last night and looks like there was maybe some kind of mold on my curly fries. Regardless of what it is, I don’t want it on my food. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you don’t want to get sick.
