We got a to go order. The food was all good. They put a liquid in sideways, so when you pulled itup out of the bag it spilled all over- now a kid did it in a car and is really a mess. Prices were kinda high. Food was fine, would do it again in a pinch, but not otherwise

I just went order taco no sauce and fries no salt. After cooking my fries they put salt and what they did they put them back in fryer. so I walk up to cashier to ask for refund and they offer me to cook new fries seriously. They should do that in first place instead. Please be nice to your customer. It’s about the service you provide.

Usually I think this place is alright, however yesterday I did not have a good experience. I placed an order on Uber eats for pick-up, and showed up about 15 minutes after placing the order. By time I arrived, one of the workers was snacking on my stuffed jalapenos. I would understand if it took me an hour to get there, but it didn’t. He then spoke in Spanish to his co-workers thinking I wouldn’t understand and laughed saying they need to cook more because he already started eating them… Only thing fast I experienced in this fast food place yesterday was how fast the worker ate my food.

Hot fries, fresh made burger, 340pm no waiting, flavored Dasani …fast food at it’s best.
Bacon was also crisp on the double burger.

Good Lord! Went through the drive through, saw the pic of the new spicy chicken sandwich and ordered it. Got to the window and the fella said $12 and something!!? I said for a spicy chicken sandwich?!? The fella said “oh… We don’t have a spicy chicken sandwich, just strips” long story short, got the strips, went out and took a picture of the spicy chicken sandwich, took it in and showed the manager a picture of the sandwich and told him what happened… Got my sandwich!. MORONS!

If I could give 0 that’s exactly what I would give my experience was non existence since the workers who were on shift tonight don’t know a thing about customer service. The store hours for the dining room 7 days a week state it closes at 12am every night as well as the drive thru closes at 12am every night. I walked up to the door for the dining room at 11:15pm on a Friday night and the worker looked right at me as I approached the door at the same time she did and proceeded to lock it, so I went to check the other dining room doors and they were already locked as well. So unfortunately I just worked a 16hour shift at the hospital and was pretty tired not wanting to cook at home I stop here and I get to go home with nothing to eat and of course still hungry. Seriously I double checked this locations hours they are open for business before I came so something like this wouldn’t happen, I of course called before leaving and not a single employee would answer the phone as I sat there and watched them doing not anything at all and they couldn’t serve me since they were still supposed to be open. But apparently that’s the new kind of work ethic people have nowadays work less and get payed for it. I’m not sure if this is a cooperate store or a franchise but either way I’m sure the owner and management don’t approve of that behavior or want to employ people to stand around and not work while they get paid for it, the whole point of having a job being employed is to actually work to make money and be responsible handling all life that requires a financial obligation which money is needed to do those things. Extremely upset and disappointed at jack in the box. Jack do better!!!

I’ve never had a bacon ultimate cheese burger without any cheese before. Soggy tacos when requested no sauce ended up with sauce. Curly fries ended up being regular fries.
I don’t understand how fast food is so hard.
When i did fast food I always did my best. This particular location sucks.
