I ordered the grilled chicken fajita bowl. The drive thru was empty. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food and while I must say it was very good it would have been better if it was complete. It was supposed to have black beans and corn on it which were missing. For $10 for about 1/2 cup of chicken and some rice it should have everything on it.

My lovely GF and her Aunt went to grab jack in the box. Keep in mind only 2.5 miles away from the house. Food was cold the over priced burger was old, the tacos were saturated if not soaking in oil. Everything was very disappointing. Unlike olympia or lacey where everything is actually made FRESH. Also they put stickers on which tacos have no cheese. Where this location doesn’t.

I came a few days ago, I asked for a boba coffee and the bobas were hard and my burger had no lying but lettuce. I came in today to let them know and the “guy in charge” was rude, his coworker came up and said that there’s nothing that they can do and that there is no manager. Rude service.

We waited over 25 minutes in the drive through when I started second in line at 9pm, and then the line got so long behind us – we were trapped and had to stay even though we didn’t want to because the guy didn’t even come on the speaker to take the order for the first 15 minutes we were there waiting (not even exaggerating)

Hands Down not the cleanest inside of a Jack in the Box in Metro Seattle. The Renton Rainer one is cleaner,however they don’t let you use the restroom to wash your hands. Owner if your reading this Go check your tables. Not 1 spot to sit!

I went to this place 10:12am and when I got there there was lady sitting next register FaceTiming with someone on the speaker loudly i was standing there and there was 2 girls behind the desk didn’t even notice me so i was standing they speaking spanish laughing and one girl saw me didn’t even look at me she stars asking what can I get you. Worst costumer service ever!!!
