I got the 3-piece Chicken strip. The quality far exceeded my expectations for a fast food item. Crisp, tender and better than many restaurant chicken tenders.
Unfortunately, their new machines can’t process gift card payments so until that changes I likely won’t go back.
But I was very happy with the food and service.

Took forever to take my order, multiple workers looked at me and didn’t even say we will be with you in a min or something to acknowledge my presence. Always great food but customer service NEEDS LOTS OF WORK.

It’s after 1am and there’s a line like it’s lunch rush. If you are open 24/7 you need to staff for all hours. I’ve been waiting in line for 45 minutes I want to leave but I can’t I am stuck it was too late by the time I realized this was going to take a while. Also the lady was extremely rude to me, I’m not asking for you to go above and beyond all I did was place my order super simple 2 tacos and a small curly fry.

We placed an order and the pick up was for 6:59 pm I got there at 6:59 pm on the dot gave the name of the pickup and the clerk male in his 20’s with black hair Hispanic hands me the order . And I checked the order first everything looked right so I headed out tried a fry for it to taste burnt or even cold so I called my partner told him what the issue was he said go back inside and ask for fresh fries. I go back in the same clerk asked was their something wrong with the order I said yes the fries taste burnt or just horrible can I get fresh fries please. He said we’ll the order has been sitting here for 10 mins I said how is that when the order was for pick up at 6:59 pm I just got here. He said we’ll we have no control over the pick up time we made the order as soon as we got it. I was like are you serious wow so without saying the words he basically refused to make me fresh fries. I said we have never had this issue at Broadway so from now on I will go there. And I walked out and then went back in and asked for the managers name and number. He then tells me Im not allowed to give out her name or the number she will be here in an hour. So get home for my partner to call there and talked to the same guy I talked too and he said he would make the fries fresh and apologized to my partner. Its pretty sad that a man has to call to fix something that should of been just fixed. I will never go back to this location thats a promise.

Went through the drive through at the Portland Ave location in Salem, Oregon at about 12:30pm on the 23rd of December 2025. My wife used her debit card at the window. This was the only place she’s used her card in several days. Four hours later she received a text from the bank saying they detected fraud. About $250 between Temu and Nike, then the fraudster called the bank with the card number and transfered $700 out of our savings account into the checking account to make a $450 purchase at Apple. Attempted to call the store to speak with a shift supervisor, but the criminals didn’t answer. I am escalating this to their corporate complaint department, and will be contacting the Salem police.

I went through the drive-thru here at 12:30 today and within a short time got notification from my bank that somebody was using my debit card to make fraudulent purchases. This is the only place I’ve used my card in several days. Also they called and tried to transfer money from my savings account into my checking account to access more money. Luckily my bank caught it but apparently they have a skimmer in the drive thru or a thief copying debit card numbers.

The value curly fries were about a joke. I asked for ketchup to go with. I get a bag with the smallest lil thing of curly fries, like 2 bites and a handful of ketchup. Very disappointing, got a large root beer and 2 bites of overcooked curly fries for over 5 bucks. Never again!
