We’ve supported this location for a while now but tonight was a let down due to service. Three people working and a slow down. The older gentleman and girl were great, while we feel the guy at the register/oven slacked. They were out of vegan cheese (due to it not defrosting right for some time today as explained) – which definitely threw us off a bit. We then paid and watched our 3 pizzas and cheesy bread sit beside the oven for a few mins (at least 5) while the oven was empty. We thought maybe the temp? Nobody said a word, but the older guy and girl were helping other customers. We asked for our pizzas to be extra crispy, the guy working the oven then corrected with “you mean well-done?”. Our pizzas ended up not being “well-done” compared to previous visits. He also boxed our pizzas, notifying they were ready but we had to ask for drizzle despite us talking to him about it before. The guy *did* have two ear pieces in the whole way – so maybe he wasn’t able to hear us or focus properly. All 3 pizzas weren’t really cut at the end either – had to do it ourselves. Disappointed.

It was stone dead cold to boot, like it was pulled out of the fridge and sent out.
When we called to try to resolve the issue we were told we had to deal with the delivery service because it want their fault that they got the pizza wrong…
This is beyond disappointing.
Avoid like the plague.

Brooke and Lynette were so kind and accommodating during my ordering process and the vibe is very chill here as well as some really tasty pizza. I actually love the gluten free crust it’s got some decent ingredients

If you want to wait two hours for your pizza head on over to blaze! Placed an online order showed up waited 20 minutes after the estimated ready time for them to tell me they hadn’t even started it yet. Two workers in the building 10 people sitting down with their pizza. Ridiculous. Oh and when I got home I found barely any cheese on my pizza.

My son and ordered a custom pizza at Blaze Pizza. We included a mix of pesto and creamy garlic sauce, chicken, bell peppers, feta cheese and tomatoes. The pizza was cooked to perfection in a brick oven and was delicious! After the pizza was done, I chose to top my half with balsamic glaze from several other choices of condiments. We were pleased with the quality, flavor, value and service. I am certain that we will take the opportunity to eat at Blaze Pizza every chance we get. We both highly recommended Blaze Pizza.

Last two trips to Blaze. Absolutely ridiculous. Very slow staff, not well organized. Very stingy with.toppings. They made the person behind me order before they made mine. First time was over 30 minutes to get a pizza with one person in front of me. Tonight, a couple ordered two pizzas in front of me. Took them over 45 minutes to get my pizza. Hire and train more employees.

The service was slow, even though there were only a few others in the restaurant. My pick-up order wasn’t ready when it was scheduled for. (It was around 5pm, but they weren’t busy whatsoever). The employees were friendly enough, but they didn’t seem to be working super hard.
The new pickle pizza I got… well, wasn’t great. Appearance- wise it looked disgusting. The flavor was ok. The sauce was bland, and the chicken wasn’t seasoned.
Very mediocre experience overall.

When I lived in the Orlando area, there was a Blaze pizza at Disney Springs that was high quality, fast, and delicious. I moved to Utah and wanted to take my mom and show her. We both met there on our lunch breaks and barely made it back in time to work without getting to take a single bite. We were the only ones in line and were not greeted for 5-7 minutes, and there seems to be no sense of urgency. Service was slow and mediocre at best. The woman building our pizzas was very skimpy on the toppings while her friend loaded up other pizzas. Unfortunately, we were unable to eat our pizza when it was warm. It’s fairly good warmed up. Please do better in training employees to go quickly and not ignoring the walk-in customers in favor of online.

Absolutely delicious! They have a great selection of toppings, including a wide variety of vegan options. The workers were all friendly and attentive. We were served quickly and got hot, fresh pizza!
