I went there today, October 30, 2025, at 10:52 am. I asked to use the restroom, and a Spanish-speaking woman on duty gave me a strange look. I asked to use the restroom, and she told me it was only for customers and that she would open it for me, but I had to make a purchase. I replied that I would do so when I needed it. The most shocking thing is that in front of me, another white person asked for the keys, and she was very polite. I didn’t see her say the same thing to him as she said to me.

I stopped in here for a quick bite, I ordered the little tacos loaded. They were hot and they put plenty of melted cheese with sour cream on them. It was messy but tasty. For $4 I would order them again, you get quite a bit of them. Very filling. There was only 1 car in front if me so there wasn’t much of a wait. Service was quick and friendly.

I had a Bacon deluxe with curly fries. The burger was good, but a bit dry. The fries were good. Service was friendly and quick. The store is dated, but clean and decent enough. It sa decent place for lunch.

The food is always amazing.But the staff makes it an extra special experience!! We live in the neighborhood and it doesn’t matter where i’m at.My kiddo will only come to this jack in the box.He said it tastes the best out of all of them, and we love all of the staff at this location highly recommend it here!!!!!!! In the almost ten years of coming to this location, I literally cannot think of one time that we have had to bring our food back.Because it was the wrong order or messy or anything.We always get lots of napkins and sauces and never have to ask, just exceptional customer service!!! My kiddo, who is 8, said if we could do 10 stars, he would do 10 stars!!!

I got the Nashville mozzarella sticks, but apparently they put them in a box with holes in it, and then proceeded to overstuff my bag and throw them in sideways.. all my food was covered in hot sauce as well as the entire bag and my car seat, which I now have to scrub because it stained. I am extremely confused as to why jack in the box would put a saucy item into a box that has holes, and no real seal… disappointing
