To be honest, this place has pretty good food their staff was nice and if you ever go inside, expect it to be empty because most people go through the drive-through and the inside of the building felt like I just walked in the 90s it’s so dim and it gives me 90s vibes truly amazing

Food is decent and service is nice but ive been having an issue with them not putting enough sauce on my food and sometimes I don’t mind but this time when I got the food, there was like barely any sauce I probably would’ve mistakened it for the regular spicy food. I just want the sauce to cover my chicken strips that’s all.

This location has switched to no cashier which means you order on a screen, no matter what.
Food took 10 minutes after ordering. Since there is no cashier I didn’t get my regular soft drink until the food was ready.
My burger had a burger size puddle of grease under it by the time I ate half of it. Didn’t bother with the second half.
The drink machine is one of the “fancy” ones with a lot of choices and flavors. At least half of the soda options were out. And probably around 2/3rds of th flavors were out.

Jack in the box is always a great place to have something to eat. This particular location is mostly used as a drive through. So most likely if you decide to eat Inside there is a high chance of nobody else eating inside the establishment. Although the food is good it is starting to get a little expensive, if you are going out to eat with your family be prepare to drop at least $10 per person. Overall service was good and the atmosphere was okay.

Got a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo (medium regular fries and a medium drink). Fries are better than McDonald’s, nice texture and taste – and nicely hot. There was a little bit of curly fries with mine, which I was fine with and those were good. Both weren’t overly salty and they didn’t need any condiments.
The drink was a good size; honestly thought it was a large cup on accident. No complaints either way. I like that this place has peace tea. None of the other fast food places I’ve been to have it so it was a nice treat. Thank you.
Burger was moist, hot, and plenty of sauce. It’s about the same size as McDonald’s burgers but the bun makes up for the volume . I like it better than the typical sesame seed bun.
The meal is worth the $13.28. the inside was empty but needs some cleaning. I’m giving it a 4 because the burger needs the typical fixings: lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. Other than that, it’s a great meal.

I stopped in for their $5 fish sandwich combo. Always look forward to it this time of year. This is what I got! An overcooked, dry fish patty, a rubbery bun, and what little lettuce was in the sandwich was wilted and gross. I asked for a little extra tartar sauce and instead my sandwich was swimming in tartar sauce that was oozing out if the sandwich. The fries were cold and limp, and the iced tea was flavorless and tasted like dirty water. I live no more than 5 minutes from the restaurant and sat down to eat as soon as I got home, so no reason my meal would have been cold or have gotten ruined. What a disappointment! I tried calling the restaurant numerous times that evening to talk to the manager but never got an answer. The restaurant wasn’t extra busy not was it rush hour when I went in. Poor customer service.

Normally we receive great customer service. Always slow but we know that already. Today the lady at the drive through was RUDE! Repeated herself right away with an annoyed voice. I told her she was not being nice, she ignored my comment and continued being rude. She gave us our drinks like pushing them into our hands and said go park in the front for your order and closed the window.

Prices in both reader boards for drive-through show outdated information prices. And of course no management on duty. I ordered a small ice tea for $1.79 but was charged $2.39. NONE of the prices for an ice tea are $2.39. But they refused to honor the posted price, sorry that is what the price is in our machine. How many other prices on the board are wrong? Is management to lazy to update the board to display correct pricing???

To start, let me just state that the employee who took my order was polite and my order was correct. Unfortunately, that is the only way I was able to give it even one star.
The men’s bathroom was dirty and there was no soap available to wash our hands. This really begs the question that since employees are required by law to wash their hands after using the restroom, how in fact did the male employees wash their hands that evening?
There were numerous unoccupied tables that were just plain dirty.
Finally, there is a trash can right when you come in the door. I am not kidding you when I tell you that it smelt like a dumpster (and I am not exaggerating). We ended up sitting on the other side of the restaurant because of the smell.
