Went early in the afternoon 2pm and the servers looked frazelled and they had run out of beans and meats so if you were ok to wait that was about 20 minutes. They were not prepared but did their best. Management needs to look at cooking times and plan more effectively so they don’t run out of essential items.

I visited this Chipotle again since my last time here was over two months ago. This time, rather than letting customers know what they didn’t have, the staff proceeded to make my bowl before letting me know they were out of roasted corn. The roasted corn, or roasted corn salsa, happens to be one of my favorite toppings. However, I asked if they could get it for me on the side where they make online orders because there was a big container of corn salsa on that side. I was told that since I didn’t make my order online, I couldn’t have any of that corn. I ended up paying for my bowl then doing an online order for my daughter just so that I could get some corn. But I shouldn’t have had to go through all of that just to get a side item. Chipotle has to do better! Be aware that before starting your in-person order at the Warner Robins, GA Chipotle, or any Chipotle location for that matter, be sure to ask what items they do not have so that you don’t waste your money!
At 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 21, 2025, the Chipotle is only taking online orders causing several customers to become frustrated and leave. There was no notice about this posted on the door, so customers were not aware until they got up to the counter. Also, each customer is only allowed one vinaigrette dressing per menu item, and additional ones cannot be purchased. This is bad business! Daisy was the manager on duty on this day.

Looking forward to having a good lunch while traveling. When I walked in I was there with one other person who was waiting for their order to be completed. I proceeded up to counter where I was happily greeted and asked what would I like. All their containers were empty!! Employees talking amongst each other and no one was filling up and getting things restocked. I gave them my order and my bowl was lacking all the key ingredients as they were scraping what little they had to complete my take out. I paid them and asked where to get a fork & some napkins and they pointed towards the door. As I walked over I noticed not one straw, not one fork and no napkins anywhere plus near the soda machines it was a total mess and garbage was coming out of the cans. This place needs new management! If you got time to chit chat then you got time to replenish your food items, empty garbage, restock straws, napkins & forks and clean up the restaurant area! Sad for a well known chain restaurant

I’ve lived many different places, and this by far is the WORST Chipotle that i’ve ever been to. I just moved here, and this was my first time at this location and may be my last. The service was absolutely terrible!! They don’t listen even when you’re standing right in front of them. I told them no beans and they put beans. Told them half chicken/steak…I literally watched her put only chicken and no steak, then tried to convince me otherwise. It took them forever to even take my order. There were a lot of employees doing nothing and they were out of a lot of food and the area wasn’t clean. Too many people standing around for it to look that bad. I love chipotle so much and this makes me really sad, but judging by the other reviews, many have had a similar experience. It really sucks that this is the only one in the area. They need new management and DEFINITELY new employees. A bunch of lazy people!!

How you going to give me Old Brown Guacamole this Guacamole ain’t even fresh not only that I ask for some on the side as well and pay for it and you still give me old disgusting guacamole if I can give you a zero I would . I came back a second time and my daughter order food through my online account on the app. Won’t happen again unless I’m in front of you and probably won’t get my money again. I went back a third time to get them to fix the issue. This lady that I’m assuming is the manger because no one had name tags going to make excuses about the guacamole she told me if I eat that I will not get sick how you going to tell me what my body will do. I have been sick before eating old guacamole. So then I come to do a review and I see all the bad reviews like at some point you need to look at the people you hiring who don’t give a care your business. Oh I guess you don’t either owner of this establishment as long as you making money. At some point it need to be more about people than your money because if you keep going the way you are you’re going to have a bunch of lawsuits especially if I would have ate that food and gotten sick. Food poisoning is real and it’s not fun at all. Don’t go here for safety reasons ⚠️

Tonight was my first time ever at a Chipotle and I can’t wait to come back! The food, service, and ambiance was terrific! The manager at the WRs store went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meal! OUTSTANDING!!!

This Chipotle in Warner Robins, Georgia, is a complete disaster. Every time I go, the staff is too busy gossiping instead of working. Most of them sit in the back, while only a couple actually do anything. There’s no cleaning, no organization, and zero management. At 7 PM well before closing at 11 there are no veggies, no sour cream. How is everything gone already? They have it, but they don’t even bother bringing it out. It’s obvious there is no management. No one is cleaning. No one cares. No wonder no customers show up. The staff is too busy gossiping, being friends, playing music, and dancing. They don’t care if anyone comes in they just want their paycheck. No one is paying attention. Even if the manager shows up, they could clear out the whole mess in a minute it’s that bad. If the manager is part of this, then the management team better step in now because at this rate, this location will shut down fast. No one wants to come to a place like this!

ordered two meals from this location both were quesadillas with fajita veggies, corn, and salsa on the side. When I entered, one of the employees was mopping the floor, but there was no caution sign. I accidentally stepped on the wet area and immediately apologized. Instead of responding politely, she said, “Seriously? Are you sorry for real?” and continued to look at me as if I had done something wrong.
When I went to the counter, the employee preparing the to-go orders told me they were out of fajita veggies and corn. I am a vegetarian, so I cannot choose other options. Thankfully, a manager came over and was able to get corn and prepare fresh fajita veggies for me. This made it clear that the other employee had lied to my face. If certain items are genuinely out of stock, they should be removed from the ordering system instead of misleading customers. They always have same answer we are out of stock. Then close the location simple
I order regularly from this store, but this time the experience was truly disappointing.
SHUT DOWN THE LOCATION SIMPLY IF YOU DON’T WANNA PROVIDE THE PROPER SERVICE.
