Absolutely disgusting. Curly fries, straight cut fries, and onion rings all served cold. Took em up to counter to get fresh ones and I’m given an attitude like it’s my fault they’re cold. Both burgers were Luke warm at best. Chicken nuggets and chimmichanga were the only 2 things hot and fresh. Truly disappointed after spending 45 bucks.

My first and last time here. The lady at the window can’t understand what you are saying and due to a language barrier and is not nice about it at all. She was being short with us and rude. We told her our order, she told us to pull up to the window, then decided to ask us what we were ordering. After her being as rude as she was and with our frustrations building, we just pulled away. I would definitely avoid this establishment in the morning. Not sure how the day service is but hopefully a lot better than that.

I stood at the count for about 10 minutes with no one saying even saying HI. One car in the drive through only thing happening inside was someone hold an interview. Was on a lunch break so did not have time to wait.

Stopped by this jack in the box to get a bite to eat after a long day of travel. Got two burgers and they both tasted like chemicals. Think the staff cleaned the grills with chemicals and then cooked the food. Lucky only took a bite before throwing away. I would be cautious of this place and hope it doesn’t have any ill affects. I will be talking to corporate and the health administration about this location

Sat and waited for over 15 minutes while I was the first car that ordered and no one was in front of me and they parked my vehicle for 15 minutes finally brought my food out and items were missing so they made me go back through the drive-through where the car is now sitting in front of me they have not parked and the rest of my food is getting cold. I will never be back to this freaking place ever. I just spent $75 on meals for my family and this is the kind of service that we’re paying for absolutely not

This jack in the box at Woodburn outlet store was just not a pleasant place to order your meal. The service was just terrible. I waited at least 15 minutes to get my order at the counter and no one had the time to show up because they were more interested in helping out and serving the people in the drive-through. I recommend no one showing up to this place because of their attitude saying we were busy the manager I’m assuming said when no one was in the restaurant at all.
