Years, the new lady at the window has an amazing energy. And it seems the food tastes more fresh. Whoever’s reading this keep her around because there’s no way anyone could have a bad experience with her representing your business.
I waited patiently no problem. I only ordered a meat lovers burrito, $6.29. What is was closure to was two McDonald’s burritos. Ouch, a lot of ham, no bacon, sausage was norm, cheese was enough for an extra omelette. Honestly for $6.29 I was hoping for something that was made right?!?! It’s a lot to ask for but if you can’t get it right here’s the review you do get.
Almost $10.00 for a jumbo jack w/cheese?!?! Just the sandwich, not the meal even!!!! Absolutely out of their minds! Not only that but the burger sucked and so did the service. Way too much sauce on it, cheese was y even melted and they put onion on it when I asked for no onion!
2023: Spent $12 on a Teriyaki bowl meal that was less than half full and only had 3 tiny strips of chicken and only 3 small pieces of broccoli. The one egg roll had almost as much food as the bowl had in it. What a joke. Overpriced microwaved food. I tried to call them to tell them about it but of course no one answered. Didn’t have time to go all the way back so I just had to deal with it. Never again. I think they were more concerned about the music they were blaring that could be heard outside the drive thru window.
Update: went again today and tried to order online/app so I could use some promo codes and discounts (cuz who wants to pay $7 for a microwaved breakfast sandwich) and I was unable to make submit my payment. The button to submit it never activated so I was stuck on the check out screen. Then I tried to scan my receipt after to collect the rewards and it came up with error codes every time. The gal thru the drive thru acted like she didn’t even know what the online app ordering was when I asked why I couldn’t ever submit thru there. Better customer service and training is definitely needed.
Side note: employees smoking right in front of the entrance isn’t the greatest either. I took a photo recently of a gal doing so. U can see a cigarette in her hand when she was reaching up to wave at someone.
When I asked for a refund, the cashier refused.
