I ordered the Moby jack fish sandwich. I requested no tartar sauce, no lettuce. Clooey, was very nice. She ran the front end, the drive-thru, and bagged the food. She made sure my order was as requested, and all sauces were in the bag. Clooey is a fine example of what Jack-in-the-Box needs. A very friendly, awesome worker, who makes sure the orders are correct, smiles and thanks you. It was nice to have a person so friendly, and so well organized. Awesome job Clooey!

Update: this restaurant is ridiculous. If you’re not open why can’t you put up a sign. As a gig driver this really messes us up, plus the customer, which is YOUR customer, doesn’t get their meal. Put a sign up that says CLOSED. I’ve attached a picture this time. That is date stamped.
This store is constantly closed with no sign on the door or drive up window. As a delivery driver this goes against me. Losing the delivery fee. Why can’t you put up a sign if you don’t have enough people instead of hiding. Do better. For real.

I tried to order breakfast jacks but the cook I guess didn’t want to make breakfast food.
They made it but I shouldn’t have to argue. The guy at the window was SERIOUSLY nice and I do not blame him. He said they isn’t cooking breakfast now. But was wiling to coax the cook into it.
The cook however is ridiculous and gets paid to do a job. If it says we cook breakfast all day then you need to do that

Service was great.. Food was quite underwhelming. Ordered the 7 dollar lunchie meal. The double boss cheeseburger was nowhere near the picture. I thought it was a single burger they had given me at first, it was maybe 2 inches high with a couple sprinkles of lettuce. Chicken nuggets not great, probably the least favorite of any fast food place. The mini tacos were the best part.

I love Jack in the Box, but this store is not the one to go to. They gave very bad service, took almost 20 minutes to make my food, and were out of at least 3 different things I asked to order. Just very disappointed. Place looks like it’s going downhill.

If I could give a zero star, I would definitely! Bought 1 southwest salad and one regular chicken . Found mold in my South West salad. NOT COOL! called the store more than 5 times and no one answered. Please do not buy salads from here. Do not recommend anyone to go or buy anything here! So ridiculous!

I had a very bad experience coming here ! I was waiting for 30mim at the drive thru (8:10)am.
And no body was working ,
They say they open at 6:00am but nobody was there . I think they were sleeping inside. That car was just parked there and nobody inside the car. Definitely not coming never again
