It’s a Jack’s location. It is located conveniently on the corner with a decent sized parking lot. Food was consistent and well prepared as you would expect. As with most of the Hawaii locations, it could do with a remodel. Staff was helpful, and my mobile order was done correctly, so that was good. Coupons and mobile discounts were all applicable, so bonus, unlike other national chains that have coupons, apps, and discounts that don’t work in Hawaii. Will be back.

You’re not expecting Filet Mignon, and Wagyu sliders… If you notice the drive thru, or dine in lines to be extraordinarily sluggish… Please try to be understanding, one or more individuals likely called out, or pulled a no-show. Other possibilities are they got a trainee somewhere on the floor holding up Max efficiency. (Most of us have been there, if we’re honest.)

I wanted to get a quick dinner after work and was told through the speaker in the drive thru that there’d be a wait because there was only 1 person working. We waited over 10 minutes and got put to explain to everyone behind us since they were upset and beeping their horns at us. After finally ordering and reaching the window, I saw that there were actually only 2 ppl working and naturally they were rude and irritable. No hello, thank you nothing! When I asked for salad dressing, the woman at the window disappeared, came back with a sour face handed me the dressing and just walked away as if irritated. I understand the hostility but why take it out on me as a customer, it’s not my fault only 2 ppl showed up for work!
