Drive thru employee was very kind and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored.i asked him to please speak louder because I could barely hear and understand him thru the speaker. When I approached the payment/pickup window, I realized the person was the same nice associate taking my order. His name was Jean. I asked him for his name, because I was very pleased with how I was treated. Good job, Jack in the Box, for employing a nice young man!

Tbh this place is a nightmare in the nighttime. Waiting to order food takes about 10 mins in drive through. Then when you finally get to order after the long wait time it’s another 10-15 mins just to get food . Food service is entirely too slow. Hopefully the GM or DM can fix this.

I stopped by this Jack in the Box because I lived here 20 years ago and my kids & I would stop here.
I food was good but I was disappointed in the service. It was very very slow. There were two people ahead of me and I waited almost 15 minutes to give my order. My food came fast though.

Tonight’s drive thru was uncalled for. 1. I ordered side of lettuce & tomato. The drive thru worker said ”it’s not on the register I can’t add it to your order. “ so I repeated myself but asked to just have it on the side & I’ll pay for it. Again he repeats himself with same response. 2. I ask the girl at the drive thru window. She straight ignore me & turns back around. I then pay for my order and as she’s passing me my bags of food, she’s just looking at me with an attitude hold out my bags like I’m not grabbing my bags fast enough without saying a word to me. I mentioned to her she should speak up so I know she’s passing me my order. I then ask for a manager & she tells me”oh I don’t know “ totally with an attitude & I’m trying my best to talk to her nice 12:20am in the morning. Now I’m demanding a manger, here come the MANAGER just clueless & had absolutely no understanding of my complaint or care of my complaint. kept telling me Ok ok as she was trying to get me to go b/c she was getting a long line. Asked the manager to give me her name & her bosses name & number. She then hands me her name & number telling to go. Just rude, unprofessional management , unnecessary attitude, lack of training on register & window. This was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Honestly , this was my first visit to this location so I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt from what reviews said. I was very much hungry and just needed a snack. My French fries were not fresh at all. My waffle fries were soggy and the cheese wasn’t melted properly. My mozzarella sticks were burnt and not cooked through because it was just basically a block of cheese in the middle. I noticed how organized behind the counter was and that the staff mainly focused on those in the drive thru. As well as not everyone on staff had a hairnet or hat on was concerning since they are handling food.
A customer who was waiting there before me said that he waited more than 20 mins to receive his munchie meal and sandwich order.
And while I had mobile ordered my food. It still took longer than my pick up time was set.
Melissa looked like she was struggling trying to help with the drive thru and front of the store. However , I do appreciate her greeting me and asking me if I placed a mobile order. Then communicated to me about what she was waiting for on my order and apologized due to being busy.

Went to Jack in the box place my order I ask for my food to be cooked to order when I got my food the fries were over cooked. I try calling but I guest they too busy to answer the phone. I called several times and no one picks up. If I have a problem with my food I would like someone to answer the phone and address my concerns.

Was in drive through for about 25 minutes, left and went home. Came back about an hour later but this time went in and got take out. Waited half an hour for my order. Seems crew was working hard. No one was goofing off. I guess Wendy’s across the street so everyone went here. MANAGEMENT should have stepped up and brought in other crew members to help out. The front person was going nuts,he needed help. The crew in back needed help too with the drive through needing help.
