I am thrilled to see Jack in the Box opening in Live Oak, but there is still considerable room for improvement. I’ve ordered food from this location a few times, and each experience has resulted in incorrect orders. The tacos frequently lack some toppings or are not fully cooked. Just last night, I ordered a Jr. Jumbo Jack, which arrived without any lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. I attempted to call the restaurant, but the voicemail was full and I couldn’t get through.

They told me to pull into the parking lot (lots of open spots!) because they were struggling with the two tacos part of my order but maybe they should have focused more on my chicken sandwich because it was an abomination. The single, sad piece of lettuce made me want to vomit lol

Don’t count on this place being open. I swear half the time that I try to come in, I work mornings locally, they are closed. I’ve been to this location maybe 6 times and seriously 4 of those times they’ve had cones in the drive thru. They NEED to take down that 24hr drive thru sign because it is so false. I have also been straight up ignored in the lobby, look I don’t expect much from Jack in the box but this by far the least consistent location I’ve been to.
It is very unfair that the shop and the map both say this location is open when it is NOT. I’m not sure how thara allowed.

Mobile ordered and it took 40 minutes of waiting to include others walking in and ordering at the register and receiving their orders before me containing the same or mostly the same items as me.
Ordered 2 taco 2-packs and only received 2 of my 4 tacos.
Customization to remove toppings were completely ignored, and did not receive one children’s apple juice I ordered.
If you can make the drive to Yuba City, it will take the same amount of time to get your food but, your order will actually be correct.

Although we are very lucky to have Jack in the box in live oak. The location is kind of weird. Hard to get in and out. It seemed to take a long time for us to get our food. And it was very hard to hear the person through the drive-thru speaker. The food is to be expected tasted just like other Jack in The boxs. Would love to see a bit of a faster delivery. But overall are happy that it’s so close to us.

Worst jack in the box in the area. Horrible service everytime we go. Constantly having to pull around and wait for food you eventually have to go inside to remind them of because they have no concept of fast food. Let alone the fact the order is almost never correct.

young girl and drive through really rude as hell gave us a water down soda and then when we asked for a new one, she had an attitude then I told her I wanted classic wrap she gave me spicy then she parked us. Then when my mom went in there to get her food she was rude as hell then I said my daughter in there to get the correct crap and she didn’t even pay attention to her for like almost 10 minutes so we just left Definitely train the girls better because she’s very rude and should not be working customer service

Waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru where myself and the vehicles in front of me had to pull around front in order to obtain our meals. I get up to the window and I’m told that they are out of regular chicken strips, only spicy. The order is for my special needs child who cannot have spicy. I asked for an alternative of chicken nuggets, they do not adjust the price and told me the nugget combo was the same price. The manager was yelling at the employee at the window. Unprofessional, Unprepared and Unacceptable.
