Had a very bad experience through drive-through the girl at the window had a very nasty attitude. She had no customer service. She was yelling at me through the window told her I was gonna contact customer service because she had no good customer service and she said go ahead there is no good customer service here Couldn’t even enjoy my food. I didn’t even eat it.

Drive thru is just silly. Not a busy area yet always 10-15mins to get order being the only car in line. If others are in line 20mins for sure.
Tried this place again today after 6yrs. Walked in and stood there for 8mins before i walked out. One car in drive thru and not one employee took my order or acknowledged i was in the restaurant.

It took 10 minutes just to order, it was just me and my mom and the cashier just started at us and instead of helping us she made a new batch of fries?? Like help us first, it took us another 20 mins just to get out food and in this time 4 other people came in and waited 2 mins and got their food before us, the people in the drive through waited less than 2 mins to order and get their food, i am very disappointed at the service food is great i will say just not very happy with the customer service.

The staff was very polite and nice even though they were clearly overwhelmed by a dinner rush. They got my order right, which I appreciate very much, because I’m extremely allergic to dairy, and they left all dairy out as requested.

The chili cheese fries are back and they are an amazingly, great, grub, comfort food. The manager/owner responds to reviews and is dedicated to customer service . Owner/manager is Friendly, heart warming, welcoming, and responsive. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to reviews and help customers and staff better there experience at your location. The review when you assisted a guy having a really bad day, really touched my heart. Congrats on being a business that I will go out of my way to get to, due to the managers/owners great commitment to amazing customer service and great food.

Great staff. I stopped going to JiB long ago and this visit reminded me why. The food looks disgusting. Hey corporate- you feels like a food company that has no pride in what you serve. Fast food does not have to be disgisting food.
