Came here because the website says this location is open 24 hours, but when I arrived I was told they were closed. I understand staffing or safety issues can happen, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. I was cut off while trying to ask a simple question, and I was also denied access to the restroom.

If the store isn’t actually open 24 hours, the hours need to be updated so customers aren’t wasting their time. Clear communication and basic customer service go a long way. I’ve been stuck in the drive-through for 30 minutes with no progress. The service is extremely slow, and it feels like no one is paying attention to customers’ time. If they can’t handle orders efficiently, they shouldn’t keep the restaurant open.

I have my lunch at this Jack in the Box or order to go many times. The burgers or sandwiches here match most of the fast-food restaurants in the area. The service is usually fast. But I wouldn’t say I like their dining room. So I have my order to go most of the time. The parking lot is smaller than most fast-food restaurants. It is hard to find parking at lunchtime sometimes.

I ordered a bacon & Swiss BUTTERY jack with curly fries and Jalapeño poppers. When I got back to work on my limited break, I open the bag to find 0 curly fries or any fries for that matter, and was given a hash brown when it’s past noon??? Also missing jalapeño poppers. Oh and the best part. They gave me a regular Jack burger with the same bun as the one I originally ordered. I didn’t get a single thing i originally ordered. Unbelievable. I’m going to be getting my money back once I’m done with work. I can’t even eat it because it’s not at all what I wanted.
The bag of chips is from my job because I wasn’t given any fries. Do better.

Whoever girl.in the drive thru Christmas day around 7PM had a real stank attitude! Very unprofessional. I get it’s Xmas day and getting busy but you shouldn’t accept work where you can’t deliver decent customer service. I’m not too thrilled with my foods quality and the way it was handed to me with zero communication. Pure rude. I don’t even trust my food to eat it. Especially looking at these dreadful wedges that cost me nearly $5 didn’t even touch and it looks unsafe to eat. I’m really disappointed. Basically just donated $30

Update:

Came back a couple month later,, 3/06/25 4:20 am. Was told the systems was down however a car in front of me (having to wait to drive out of the drive thru) was handed a milkshake and a bag of food…..

This will be the very last time I give this place a chance …… I will also spread the word to not come to this location.

I ordered the Sourdough Smashed Jack meal through the app and was looking forward to trying it. The drive thru wait was long however they did apologize for the wait but my food was cold by the time I got it. The sandwich says it has grilled onions, pickles & boss sauce (see menu pic). The burger was full of RAW onions NOT grilled and I guess they must of ran out of pickles bc mine didn’t have any like it says it should. I couldn’t taste the boss sauce so can’t tell you how that taste and the flavor of or the way the meat was seasoned cooked was weird/not good. Disappointed

The manager here or shift supervisor is incredibly rude. The team seemed disorganized and was raising her voice at employees. My brother asked to use the restroom (locked and needs a key) and rudely asked if we were buying something, as I’m in line to order. Totally get it but say it better and don’t suck, we are all human. The food is what you’d expect but I’d opt for the drive thru, get your food and go!

They got our order wrong and then got an attitude when I called to let them know I’d be coming back for my money. Got there and they told me they couldn’t give me my cash back till the next morning when another manager is there.

10/3/25 I was on drive through and it just only 1 car in front of me and wait for 20 minutes and that guy took my orders and he told me come to the first window. I drove to the window. When i came to the window that was the lady asking me what was my order. She couldn’t see my orders on the computer and I got to start over to order again. These pucking people wasting my time. Dont go to this place truly.

Dealt with the nastiest worker in the drive thru. He got our order wrong and then said the restaurant doesn’t carry an item that’s listed on the menu. I’ll go elsewhere, I know the attitude from this restaurant is not going to change.
