I like how conveniently placed this Jack in the Box is- just off of Freeport but not in a busy area. This makes Jack a quick and easy trip or stop to get some grub and munchies.
The service/person taking my order has always been kind and polite. I usually order through their flawless app which takes only about 8min to get an order ready. Drive thru usually has a steady line but they are quick about getting out orders.
Although the outside of this location doesn’t look the best kept, the inside definitely makes up for that in its cleanliness and organized charm.
The food is what you would expect from a fast food place and personally I would put it a bit above par than other places. Meat portions could use a bit more but caint complain too much because they keep their prices well below other fast food joints.
I especially enjoy the Tacos and Teriyaki Bowls!

Never had a location be so consistent in not listening and handing out the wrong order. To triple check something with a customer and still manage to get the order wrong is mind blowing especially when there’s no one else in line.

I stopped coming here awhile ago, because they would regularly forget, or swap out items for other random items, and whenever I ordered the tacos with extra cheese, they would have no cheese and no sauce. Well I decided to give it a chance since it has been about a year or so, and still when I order tacos with extra cheese, I get no cheese and no sauce, so it’s just oily taco meat, and shredded lettuce.

Staff at this location are usually rude and don’t get your orders correct. When you bring it to their attention they just tell you that you didn’t order it that way. This place consistently hires incompetent people that are rude and see unhappy to be at their job.

Love Love Jack! I have try everything from tacos(one of my fave) breakfast sandwiches, also love the teriyaki bowl, today I got spicy tiny tacos so so good! And try there new chili cheese curly fries so good.
