The young female server on 7/24/25 at 3 pm was not very nice and rude. I’m a senior with my little grandson and I took a while to order and she looked irritated. When I asked about the combo special she acted like she didn’t hear me. It’s my usual stop on the way to the redwoods. I’m never going back there again. She just sealed the deal with the homeless people around there. It was just convenient with gas too.

Jack in the box is a place that I like to eat at TO HAVE A FAST MEAL! They have a great taco bargain if you want one and your favorite spots are closed. Love the curly fries and sweet treats. Once in a while I do take advantage of some of their offerings which I haven’t had a problem with. The only problem I want to address is the lack of parking, especially if you use the drive through. Sometimes I don’t want to go into the dining room and can’t find a place to park after obtaining my purchase.

Though the service was excellent, the establishment clean and welcoming, and the app program reasonable, the food was neither impressive, nor distasteful. Therefore, I v concluded 4 stars as the current rating I saw fit. I am unfamiliar with the food items at JITB, and give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. Thank you.
Noted: they had a fantastic soda dispensary is unique and very much modernized. It had a touch screen available to select ones beverage of choice and had many different flavor options of Coca-Cola, including cream soda for flavored and lime flavored coke.

Went for lunch today 10/16/24 and I got the new bacon double smash burger with no onions, curly fries, and a caramel iced coffee. Always the best iced coffee! The burger was perfect and the fries were super fresh! Best food for the price in town, in my opinion.

Went to the drive thru for two 3 piece orders of egg rolls and 2 milk shakes. I asked how many sauce packets went with each order and was told 2. When I get home there was only one for each order. I asked about the sauce because I was willing to pay if we wouldn’t get enough. And we still didn’t even get what the order included. Look in your bags before you leave the window!! Seeing is believing. Very disappointing.

Ordered food that was cold and gross. My burger patties were in about 4 pieces torn apart. Soda didn’t have any ice in it and tasted like warm syrup. They don’t post their actual hours, they say 24hrs but they’re closed from like 3 to 6 I believe. I hate posting reviews but try and do a better.
