This is the second time I’m going to the drive-through about 3:50 am after I drop off my son at work and their fries are really stale. We can’t even even eat them. I called to complain they didn’t do anything about it so now I have to talk to corporate about about it.

I ordered with a coupon a “family of 4 meal deal” $16. Comes with 2 jumbo jacks, 2 jr. chicken sandwiches, 4 tacos, and 4 value fries. I ordered jumbo jacks with no onions and tacos with extra lettuce. Both burgers had onions and tacos had pretty close to no lettuce in them. They were the worst put together burgers I have ever had. They looked like the jr jumbo jacks. Fries were old and stale. Smh I hate coming to this Jack in the box. I will try a different Jack in the box before returning to this one. They have ruined my dinner yet again.

I was in the drive through the other night and they were packed! The drive through gentleman was INCREDIBLY personable. Apologized for the wait and they were all working at full throttle! You could tell they were running however took the initiative to be sympathetic to the customers feelings! That’s good staff right there!

I usually go here when I get tired of cooking at home. But then again I have been going to “Jack In The Box” over 50 years of my life. I’m 62 years old now… so this basically gives you an idea how long they’ve been around but their style and cooking methods have not changed. Jack in the Box continue to satisfy the Cravings that I have. thank you once again Jack in the Box.

The food was not edible so I had to return to the place on hatch only to wait over 40 to get back to the window. All they did was argue that somehow it wasn’t their fault no apology just very rude and abusive verbally .they took the food and receipt and didn’t refund the amount I paid I shorted .I don’t recommend any body go their. I was so upset how this was handled by a manager to beat all.

I said what I wanted twice at the speaker. The guy asked me twice if I wanted it with bacon I said yes and French toast. Got to the window to get my order, waited a couple minutes only to find out that they didn’t get my order correct because he didn’t listen. He said then that he would process my refund. Had to wait longer so the French toast sticks could cook. Never got a receipt. I had to look on my bank’s information just to see how much I paid, since I was confused as to whether I actually paid or I got a refund. My potatoes were twice cooked, that’s not what I asked for either. And I didn’t even get a fork to eat my eggs with.

Well, everything is fine except for the quantity/ quality of the items. Coming from the 70’s 80’s era, I remember the breakfast burritos were good and size, you almost had to use both hands to handle it and the croissants as well. But now when I got home, I really had to look inside the brown bag to find them..and after i did…well i don’t know if to laugh or cry.

My too tiny pita is hard as a rock and my curly fries are cold. Talk about extreme disappointment after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. 11 bucks and wasted time.
