The staff was very rude and unprofessional. There was not fast service here. I felt like I was waiting in the drive-through for about 1015 minutes until I had to park up to be able to get what I had to get inside the store to order on the machine Same as a couple other people I seen, but I feel like they need to be able to step up their game and be able to be knowing in common courtesy for the people that are in the drive-through there should be priority because now you’re making them waste gas when they’re already ready to order All I want it was one thing from the menu

My children’s food is cold and the bread to their grilled cheese was so hard it was inedible. I had to cut it off before feeding them. My husbands soda and my soda was terrible it was watered down and tasteless. It tasted like flat unsugared soda. I am pregnant and VERY disappointed.

It’s a classic Jack in the Box. They are generally efficient and the food is great. I do think it’s hilarious that they have two drive thru windows but they’ve never used the first one. Keep it up!

My family and I were ordering through the drive-thru the lady that was taking our sounded like she was having a bad day because she was yelling through thr speaker, as soon as we got to the drive-thru window I wanted to add 4 tacos to me my order as soon as told to do the add-on she told “why didn’t I place the order of the tacos when I first order my food in the beginning” that’s poor costumer service, I owen my own business, if she was my employee she would be fired on the spot, employees like that lady give bad reputation for business…
