I live down the street and come here often enough. I swear they’re severely understaffed or something, because the drive through always takes 10-15 minutes to get through, even longer if there are multiple cars in front of you. It’s supposed to be fast food, but there’s nothing fast about coming to the drive thru at this place.

Atmosphere? It’s a drive through. If they had candles and potted ferns, it would just be strange. People are friendly, considerate of odd requests, and get our orders right 96% of the time. (Better than most.) Food good. Would drive through again.

Cashier not very welcoming , unless you were a Male then she was all happy and very sweet.
Food wise my curly bacon fries looked like a mess like barf not a great presentation like McDonald’s bacon fries that are neatly packed.

My food was perfectly made. Hot and fresh and they had great service. My sourdough jack was nice and toasty even with the tomato it didn’t get soggy.

I spent 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru, they gave me the wrong order which I thankfully checked before leaving. The guy then gives me what was supposed to be the right order, but that one was wrong as well. It was an astonishing display of complete failure. Whatever crew you guys have working today needs to be cut.
