Fast, quick service. Convenient location. I got the bacon, egg and cheese cheddar biscuit. Was hot and fresh and a good price. The hashbrowns were slighty overdone and greasy. Great location.

The experience was sooo terrible, there is an employee named Xiamen, I really want the manager to see this comment. The other girl asked me to come to drive through to pick up my uber eats order and that Xiamen lady was so angry saying that next time please to the front door which I already did. She was like I’m not the customer but someone who owe her money. Very bad service and no more next time even it’s close to my place.

I ordered ahead and although it was sitting there ready, the employees seemed distracted ignoring My Associate and I standing at the counter!!! No smile, maybe upset and disgruntled… Even had to ask again for beverage cup…. We decided to Take Out!!

The food was SO MUCH better than any other jack in the box I’ve ever been to! The food didnt taste like it was fried in nasty old oil, which is what ive been noticing
at both el camino locations in santa clara. I’ve tossed food away from both places after 1 bite. Even the ore shake was very good and not too sweet. The 2 ladies at the drive thru were very sweet.

All the food, potato wedges, kids grilled cheese meal came with cold / old fries… why do that to kids, drinks all came good … except the well done chicken sandwich w cheese… it came old not even warm with no cheese and no lettuce.
Took it back and got a HOT fresh chicken sandwich. It was a good thing we checked before leaving the parking lot.
Did not notice the kids meal fries because although we just live down the street we were home already. Next time we will have to check all the kids foods. Our family dont like cold fries!

I come here because its close to home and work but theres this one girl who works the night shift and shes so rude. She forgot half my order one time. Tonight i asked for ranch and instead of verbalizing it she gave me weird hand signals and proceeded to yell at me when i didnt understand. Maybe you guys should take her off the register because she is NOT good with customers. She also gave me no receipt so i cant complain about her there lol

Went to order today, 9/27/2023 . Asked if the Monster Angry tacos were hot. I got a stare. I asked again and was told and the customer before me, spoke in Spanish, thinking he didn’t understand me. He did and proceeded to tell he answered my question. The issue is the tone and the attitude. I asked, what is your problem. Reply I’m just waiting for you to order. I replied I’m just decided. The attitude and vibe were not so good. So I left. In the parking lot, the customer before me was in her car and opened her door to apologize to me and say she didn’t understand his problem or attitude. I told her that’s why this Jack will never see a dime of mine.
I may be one person. My money spends like anyone else and you won’t see it.
It’s that simple. And enough people don’t his buy Jack.
