I’ve been to many Jack’s in my life but this one stood out. The gentleman taking our order, I believe his name was Anthony, was very friendly and also helped give me change for doing my laundry. The food was very good and freshly made. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve been going to this Jack in the box for probably 10 years now? Having lived in Santa Cruz, for a portion of those years. I would specifically drive the extra 5 minutes to this Jb, instead of the one in Santa Cruz. The food is on par, the drive thru staff is friendly, the establishment is well kept, and I’ve never had a bad eating incident. I will be going sometime this week, for the Gremlins promo. Hopefully it’s as good as always!

Sometime all you have to do is make it right and have great customer service. I have had problems with the morning shift with the service and quality of food. I came to the location after work to speak with the manager at 2:30pm today and he was so nice and concerned. I was going to give a bad review but he don’t deserve that due to a bad seed. They recognized the problem and I’m not the only one who made the complaint, and they are making plans to fix it. The shift that I normally come during will be closing soon until they get new staff. They gave me the wrong French toast, the portion of fries was out of line and you all know I love fries, finally the tacos were under cooked and super greasy. Make sure to check your food ppl before leaving

I have always been a Jack in the Box person. Many different spots, but I always new what to expect. That makes me happy. I now live in Scotts Valley, Ca. There was a short time when the employees did not seem to like there job. I believe someone elsetook over ( Dan). Things changed and everyone is happy, very nice always greeting and thanking me. Stopped by for lunch. This place is understaffed, service is slow, food was horrible. Fries were cold, two tacos were smashed in the wrapper they came in.
Have stopped by for years, service and food was OK, that has changed ….

Even though they seem to always be understaffed, they usual give decent, friendly service. That hasn’t been the case lately. My last visit, I got sick from the tacos. During this visit, I picked up a burger in the drive-thru. I started eating and didn’t really pay attention to what the burger looked like. Towards the end, my stomach didn’t feel right, so I looked at the burger. There was mold or something in the meat. Blue specks of something. I immediately threw up. My burger was cold, but I attributed that to the long drive to my destination. This experience just sucked.

Long time Scotts Valley resident but my first time at this store. Ran out of food at home on Sunday evening so walked over here from other side of highway 17 for fun. I ordered a chicken sandwich and bacon burger from the value menu. Items on the regular menu are rather costly in my opinion for a fast food place, but a friend told me they’re great quality and well prepared. Place was following full pandemic protocols, and fortunately they were open to walk-ins in the evening. Another nearby fast food place was only open for drive-through while I was on foot. The two items I ordered were excellent. The menu sign lights were burned out on the value menu end as you can see in the photo. I had to use the flashlight I was carrying to read the menu. That was the only glitch.

The gentleman working the drive through this morning was great!

The bun on my burger was stale though. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this from this restaurant. I often drive 10 minutes out of my way for better quality fast food, because I feel like it’s a 50/50 chance the bun will be stale.
