This is me and my family’s favorite location. However, some of the deals online don’t accrue accurately when you do the mobile orders. I’ve talked to customer service and the manager at the location and it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s a $2 overcharge. Doesn’t seem like a bigger deal but it’s every time we order because we get the same thing. At this point, it’s about $30. The manger somewhat gave me a solution. He said to call the order in. I’ve done that the past few times and had to argue with the employees about the coupon because they keep saying it’s an online special, not a call in special. It’s important to have your deals priced accurately. Especially when you were made aware six months ago.

First picture: was the first order which was wrong and burnt. Ordered a barbecue chicken thin crust with butter cheese crust and garlic herb seasoning and double chicken. The crust is all burnt and it’s dumped all over in buffalo sauce, the completely wrong sauce on our order, no extra chicken. Second picture was the second order that took an additional 40 minutes to come, the crust is a little burnt they loaded it up and made it about a 5 pound pizza on a thin crust and just made it super messy with an atrocious amount of cheese and sauce and chicken that isn’t suitable to be on a pizza, too messy. Very upset with this service here. Waste of money.

my order was wrong and i waited well over an hour to get it. when i called they were rude but we agreed they’d replace my order, they then took back the HALF EATEN pizzas and only replaced 2/3 of my order. (i was calling for a refund not a tradsies)

I live on shiawasi and Inkster. They are on 7 mile and Inkster. It’s 1.2 miles away from their location. It’s like a 4 minute drive tops, and they told me they don’t serve past Grand River. I said, are you serious? I’m literally a 6 minute bike ride from you. What is going on? And they’re like, no, we don’t go past grandriver. So don’t use this location. They’re lying. I really don’t believe there’s any way they shouldn’t be able to go a mile and a hslf past their store. Not even there customer service isn’t good either there was no explanation for not even being willing g to drive a 1.2 miles. There manager a middle aged white man is rude and dismissive I highly dont recommend this location or any location he manages

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cinnamon sticks for my family. When it arrived it was wrong it came with pepperoni and ham not just pepperoni. When I called the girl on the phone argued with me telling me I was wrong with attitude. However the manager came on and was polite and offered to fix it right away, the driver showed up and was just as polite. Both were wonderful to work with, I just wish the rest of the crew was as great.
After getting our second pizza it was barley cooked and over seasoned to the point the dust from the garlic powder was falling everywhere. When we finally opened our cinnamon bread this bread was cut so badly they mine as well of not cut it. It also was not cooked right to the point the center was cold. We realized how inconsistent and careless the rest of this location crew is.
This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience with this location. However once again I will be driving to the 5 mile location when my family wants Hungry Howies.

Called in to complain about receiving my pizza with all of the toppings on only half of the pizza, I have to explain it to the person who answered 4 times before she transferred me to a manager who then argued with me about it. The app didn’t except the toppings I selected, which I was not complaining about as it was not on the receipt but when I mentioned it to the manage me started yelling that I intentionally ordered it that way and that if I had wanted toppings I would have completely read the comformation email. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten when my order was screwed up anywhere.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The pizza & breadsticks I ordered were complete trash. Pizza was way too greasy, very thin, and had barely any sauce. The 3 cheese bread was horrible and barely had any cheese on it as well. Both the pizza and the breadsticks were cut very unprofessionally. This is the second time I’ve had a bad order with this particular Hungry Howies. Will not be ordering from here again!!
