Burger was good and fresh. French fries were hot but way overcooked due to a mixup… soda had no carbonation… Flat soda. Yuck. No customer service to fix any of these problems.

I usually have a great experience at this Jack in the Box. I come here often, always mobile order through the drive-thru, and the staff is usually super nice.
Today, though, was very disappointing. I asked politely if there was taco sauce with my order, and the employee at the window just stared at me and asked if I had “put it on my mobile order.” I’ve never had a problem asking for taco sauce on the side before. Instead of simply helping, she was rude and started gossiping about me to her coworker in front of me.
Seriously, how much time would it have taken to just grab three taco sauces that were sitting right in front of her? It wasn’t even busy — I was the only one in line. The way I was treated was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.
Management needs to address this immediately. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable or talked about for something as simple as asking for sauce. Better training and accountability are clearly needed at this location.

Sure almost every location delivers slmost the same product made the same standard way, some do it better than others and that makes it feels a little like being back home after three years of being away.

I order a chicken sandwich combo
Received my order after waiting 8 mins .
My coke taste mix flavors like a child out every flavor in one cup ,
My fries cold
My sandwich hard as a rock couldn’t eat it .
Great service .
Didn’t give me a chance to ask for sauce ,napkins …
I’d do no stars but that wasn’t an option .

Terrible, one person only was in front of me I had to wait 30 minutes also she didn’t want to respond to a simple question.. bad service 2 egg sandwiches cost $20 !!!!

Use to frequent this location but there is new staff there now. My orders have been shorted & have had wrong items not ordered. So no longer go to this one. I’ll drive farther to go to one that is friendlier & gets my order correct.
