The place was completely empty, I went to order inside the restaurant and they didn’t even come to take my order, ok, fine, I took the car and went to the self-service, exactly the same, late and nothing, I went back because there was no car behind and I I went, it’s useless trying to buy something where the service is lousy.

Just came home & opened my Jack’s munchie meal to see there was a chicken sandwich inside rather than the ultimate cheeseburger. I couldn’t tell you if I was more livid at myself for not checking the box before driving off from the drive through or at the fact that the order was wrong. The screen did show they put down the ultimate cheeseburger though. Lastly, the voice of the person tending the drive thru was barely audible. I get it, the industry gets busy so mistakes like these happen but attention to detail is important.

I would like to get straight to the point. Since I don’t usually rate/ critique restaurants based on the food or service I am extremely irate of their so called young “Team Leader” SAHIL A. I’ve had this incident occur twice with this employee. This employee of theirs on late night shift, is extremely rude, no customer service at all and above all is too young and inexperience to be in that position to care! Customers come to buy food and expect at least a some condiments to use on our food and utensils to use. Customers paid for the food and deserve the items they ask for. This so called Team Lead employee (SAHIL) is very Stingy and Penny- Pinching to this location. It’s not like he will get a reward or a raise for not giving customers the condiments and utensils they ask for! Furthermore, the food isn’t even good, the fries are staled, partial part of the meat on burgers are cold and he adds too much ice inside the drinks. I hope this gets attention at least but I could care less if it’s left unnoticed at this location. As a result, I had to write this review for the employees rude manner and unsatisfactory attitude. This is the last time I’m going to this jack in the box.

Great buffalo sauce for me and you and my fries too..!! Android and apple pay acceptance. Dine in take out drive in or drive through delivery is also going on. Wheel your wheelchairs into jack in the box and crack open up some buffalo buddy sauce and dip them up on you’re curious curved curly fries. ThaNks.

This place deserves 5 starts simply because of how delicious their Oreo milkshakes are. Top notch. But i went recently and there was one car in front of me in the drive thru and it still took like 10 minutes to get through it. Also their regular fries were not fresh. Also their curly fries are super good. Get them.

Delicious and quick food, got the munchie meal, greasy but what do you expect? The service was great and the jack was in their box. Classic. The fries were old or something though so minus one star for them. The drive thru was quick and easy just how I like it. Overall for something that is open 24/7, it is pretty good.
