Occasionally the meat is really dry, but most of the time very good. They also do a great job making sure they give me what I ordered. I still think it’s one of the best fast-food places around.

They got the order wrong. My young nephew eats two plain cheeseburgers with fries and a coke when we eat out. They told me they were out of coke. Ok. We can drink something else. But then when we got home and I gave him his burgers they were full of condiments despite my clearly explaining they had to be plain, just cheese and meat. My nephew literally cried. Omg I know. He’s young. But still it could have been avoided. Oh and I feel bad for the employees, we had to wait in the drive through for like seven minutes. I think they’re understaffed. That night one person pulled out of the drive through after waiting forever behind all of us and abandoned thier order. This jack in the box needs help.

Ordered through the app to pickup at drive thru. Had to repeat myself no less than 6 times over drive thru speaker, guy couldn’t understand. Pulled up to window and had to repeat another 3 times my order. Finally received my order, checked bag and missing two items. Went back to drive thru guy at window doesn’t speak or understand english, finally had a lady co-worker help me.
